Really amazing place to stay. Very good to stay for travellers and families. Very good service with all the amenities for reasonable price.

One of the worst place to stay in Bangalore… No maintenance… no service… no pleasant ambience. This hotel will surely damage treebo's image in the industry.

Expensive, staffs least bothered to give Wi-Fi password and TV doesn't work. No one even stands at the reception in the morning. And bills are given only when asked. Pathetic!

Review based on 2 night stay here: Accessibility: Hotel was easily accessible. Room: Apartment Hotel. Modestly furnished rooms with adjoining common living room and kitchen. Food: Couldn't have the complimentary Breakfast as we had to leave early but they arranged bread, eggs, bananas on request. They do not have restaurant so you gotto make a call to a nearby restaurant and they will deliver to your room. Staff: Front desk guy was extremely helpful and the check-in was smooth. Happy with my first stay at a Treebo property.

I have been here on two separate occasions and I must say this is a quality place. The rooms are cozy and the breakfast provided is decent. Most importantly, the staff are really helpful. On the second occasion that I lodged here, I left behind a packet of the most important documents of my life. After about a couple of months I realized it and when I had lost all hope and called them to ask if it was with them, miraculously it was! I really appreciate that they had preserved my stuff. Kudos to the staff!

I had a very unpleasant stay as the front office staff was rude when we were checking in and provided with wrong information on the house rules which made us run around for food in the locality. This was taken up with the Treebo Customer Service and the Quality Manager came down to meet me to fix the issues — post-mortem if I can say. Overall, a very bad experience!

Very professional behaviour and well maintained rooms. Would definitely visit in future.

First of all check in and check out timing not customer convenient. Instead of 24 hours check out, it's 12 noon to 12 noon. Secondly, on arrival they provide only one 1 ltr water bottle even though a family of 2 or 3 people stay in a room. They should provide one water bottle each according to the occupants. Thirdly, complementary breakfast provided contains any one item only per head, which will not suffice the morning breakfast requirements of the occupants, as there is no restaurants nearby to have breakfast in time. Since the hotel authorities are outsourcing each and every thing from outside, they should either have a coffee shop at their place or should adequately provide the breakfast/water bottle as mentioned above. Finally. There's no contact mode available from Room to Reception, since reception phone number not at all functioning round the clock. The hotel management has to immediately look into the above and sort it out to satisfy the customers. Regards RAVI.

It's an ok place for a short stay of a night or two. They are not setup as a month long corporate stay.

I feel this is a good place for family and small groups. Hotel situated in calm place of the town. But parking space is the major drawback. Stunning speed Wi-Fi available.
