Located in Cottonpet area near Majestic Metro Station. Very good hotel, good location, trained stuff, helpful reception, excellent restaurant. Need to improve bed bug control. Value for money. Price is extremely competitive. Excellent room service. Highly recommended :-)

The hotel was very good, the staff and receptionist were helpful and polite… The room service was also very fast… They provided us with 3 bed without any arguments, as there were no 2 beds available as we did at that time of booking… The hotel and room was clean and tidy… The room in which we stayed there was no ceiling fan but a hanging one was available… Bus Stop and Metro are at walking distance from the hotel… Concs : We didn't like the food served by the room service neither at the restaurant down… But there was crowd almost every time… So maybe we didn't like the food but the locals did… So the best option for people from North is Zomato… Tasty and Affordable… (NEW50) for new users… Hotel to visit again…

Good place for family to stay, and it's within budget. Elegant and classy enough. Very neat and clean rooms and washrooms. Maintenance is good.

I spent over 2 full nights here and had a complete positive experience in those two days. Hotel location is at a walkable distance from both railway and bus station. It is easy to identity from road side. Service is really appreciable here and also rooms are safe and clean. Restaurant section didn't satisfy needs. It has to improve both in taste and clean point of view. Overall it is recommended hotel to everyone at this budget.

Its near to a Dargha good rooms easy availability of non veg food and veg food is also available rooms are clean but not so clean you cannot expect much from this kind of Hotel its a affordable hotel. Variety of rooms are available here please book from online if you want to go there the manager is a good person room service is ok type. This is near to station and bus stand so no hesitation for public transport and also there is a metro station near it.

The rooms are kept very clean. You can enjoy your traditional Karnataka cuisine here at the restaurant. The room service is good. You have all the facilities like Wi-Fi, A. C and TV at a reasonable price. Also this area is close to the main bus station and railway station. You will have no problems getting around the city or neighbouring site seeing places as it is well — connected.

I booked an A/c deluxe room here, and I am really disappointed as the room is nothing like the add posted by the hotel. Water was constantly dripping out from the a/c. Poor condition a/c as there is no cooling at all even after keeping it at the lowest temperature. No room service, mending the bed covers. No one takes out the trash. Poor service from helpers or hotel management. Not suggested for staying with family as there is liquor shop right in front of the hotel. No market to buy basic amenities.

Good hotel for temporary stay. They follow a 24 hour check in check out policy which is more convenient. I checked in Deluxe Double AC room for a single room which charged me Rs. 1210 with all taxes. Well connected with Majestic metro, railway station and bus stand. Taxi and Auto can be found everywhere. Good restroom with hot and cold water facilities. You can order food via Intercom inside room itself. Food facilities start from morning 7.30. Wi-Fi at the speed of 512kbps. Overall a good experience!

I was on a Business Trip to Bangalore. When I tried to book many of the Hotels they are all full at last I got this hotel. Even though some of the reviews online was not recommending but I choose to go forward. But when I reached the hotel I identified that the reviews given were wrong. Only thing I felt right was the road towards the Hotel is bit narrow as it seems but a car can move in good shape. The Staff was very polite and helpful. There is a restaurant on the first floor where we can have very tasty food. I preferred to have meals. The restaurant was not an expensive one but only moderate charges was only incurred. I was staying on the second floor. There was a new elevator and which is nice and functioning.

The stay was really good. The room had a comfortable and cozy bed. The room ventilation and air conditioner were cool. Housekeeping was done on a daily basis. Water service was just okay only. Hence the 4 stars. But on an overall basis, it was really good! Really affordable hotel at the middle of the city!

It's a budget hotel. Excellent service. Rooms are very neat and clean. The part I like the most each employee of this hotel is dedicated to his job. It is nearest to the KRS railway station. I love this most.

Cleanliness was good. Room service was on time and prompt and efficient. Amenities were excellent like Wi-Fi, tv, ac, lounge etc. Windows had a great view of the outside busy COTTONPET road. The food was delicious and was brought on time right after the order was placed on the simple call to a telephone extension. Bathroom was maintained neatly and seemed hygienic. The staff was fine but the only issue was the language barrier as some of them didn't knew to speak hindi (but UNDERSTOOD AND SHOOK THEIR HEAD IN RESPONSE). Anyways 48 hours were nothing but great here. The most important thing is that I paid INR 850/ — for 24 hrs. Which is affordable considering DOUBLE BED AC EXECUTIVE ROOM and the proximity of the BENGALURU CITY JUNCTION railway station just at a walkable distance of 8 to 10 mins with the road traffic in mind which is not to be ignored as it gets PRETTY jam sometimes.

The hotel kind off fits in a budget hotel. I have to agree that being budget hotel at the heart of Bengaluru makes this one my first choice. The rooms are clean and upto mark for the amount paid. Overall, I would recommend this one if they are looking light on budget and best possible location for Metro station which connects overall Bengaluru.

Reasonable price for a clean and very friendly hotel close to the train station. The environment is busy and dirty — as usual in Bengaluru. I was happy when I reached the hotel. Being able to reach it by bus from the airport or by train from the Majestic station is a real advantage. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They brought me stuff I forget from the lobby to my room. The door on door restaurant is fine. The hotel is pretty busy. So be sure to book in advance or call.

Attached resturant provides limited variety but good food. Located near to the shopping areas and other places of visit, this will be idle for travellers.

I am not satisfied with those receptionist guys because as per the communication through phone call we had requested them to provide us 1 non-Ac double occupancy for a night @900/-. Because I knew the room rate is high So, they agree to provide us the room, after we reach at the hotel, what happen they told us that non-Ac double occupancy is 1275/ — so I said this is fair performance before the guest. H/ keeping members are good. I like them. Please improve your communication with the Guest in-future… Do not make your words goes up and down.

Stayed here for one night. On last 11th Oct. Hardly to recognize from road as this hotel situated in a very congested area. But service is very good. Well maintained hotel, but my room was so small. Foods are tasty. Very close to railway terminal.

They have an in house restaurant. Very limited choice in breakfast, quality of food is not bad. Tea and coffee are great. They dont have bi-lingual staff at restaurant, so bit difficult for north indian to communicate.

Recently we have booked this lodge for two days… It has no proper lightings… Has no proper Wi-Fi system… With the given password only one user per room is allowed to use the Wi-Fi… We are four members so it is uncomfortable… We are having pen drive with full of movies. We asked the manager to give the TV remote for viewing movie but he is replied that it is not your home so I didn't give any remote to you … The room has no ceiling fan Finally the lodge has no mineral water supply.

This hotel close to Majestic Bus stand, Bangalore but it is in Cottonpet road which is so congested place. No auto drivers willing to come, you have to pay double to convenience and a public vehicle. Hotels was average.

Please bring isopropyl alcohol / bug spray with you if you really intend to stay. Or at least read and understand what bed bugs are and make sure you are able to differentiate between bed bug bite and mosquito bite. ** It has a great location with all the necessary services nearby. Food was average, but it was from another hotel since its restaurant service was temporarily suspended, as said by manager. Although my stay in room 511 was great. I must warn you about bed bugs, which are many. Some even managed to travel with me back to my home and it's a good grief. Would have given 5 star if I would have not found about what bed bugs really are!

The receptionist was very rude and interrogated us like police as if we were some criminals. It was very insulting. She collected the full accommodation cost before even checking in and demanded to know our schedule during the stay there. They have a restaurant downstairs but it didn't have service. Wi-Fi was not bad. Nevertheless, the rest of the staff were very helpful. As for the rooms, the blankets were unclean and stained. Only plus point is this hotel is close to Bangalore city railway station. Overall, I got a very bad experience. I'll never stay in this hotel ever again!

We have a nice stay at this hotel. They allow 24 hr checkin that most hotel would not. Their staffs were good and hotel manager was extremely friendly. I would stay in this budget hotel if I am visiting Bangalore again.

Last 3 days me and my family stayed here. Very close to busstand and raiiways station. Centre of city, but no disturbance from outside. Very good AC, food not bad, Wi-Fi is little poor. Front desk is very helpful, staff is coperative… in all angles very good.

The worst hotel ever. Receptionist doesnt even has manners to speak with a guest. She was annoying.

Its worthy. Neat rooms. A clean n well fitted bathroom. Morning breakfast from restaurant downstairs was good. But never say chilly chicken GRAVY for dinner. He will bring it in such a way that U can bath in it. Green salad is fresh.
