The ambience of the hotel is admirable. Food was delicious and extraordinary.

Organised a naming ceremony in the hotel for lunch for about 120 people. The first two serving of biryani was good and then they started serving stale biryani. Paid extra to serve starters and only about 30 to 40 people got to eat with very little quantity and everyone were just seated with empty plates and also post the function realised that we had paid extra to serve the starters along with fish and they never served the fish. When contacted about this they denied and lied that they served. The boys who serve are so sly and wouldn’t want to serve anything they stand so mute and behave like they are not willing to bring in any food. Been held 6 functions in family in about 12 years, and such a horrible experience it was this time that they have lost all the reputation our guests had for them. I regret my choice for have held my baby’s naming ceremony because my guests had left with so much disappointment. And the whole team is of liars. Could have opted for a better place.
