One of the best designed hotel in bangalore. I was impressed with the buddhist statue and fish pond on the front reception area when I first arrived. It's like stepping into a heaven. I had the chance to stay at the balcony view room (just for 1 day) since I booked online and arrived earlier before the check in time. Around june 2018. The manager is a great helpful guy. He helped us arrange the next room to shift the next day and it comes with complimentary bottled water and free breakfast. The breakfast here is amazing as well, you could refill coffee and tea and enjoy the view. I liked the idly, sambar and south indian food. We ordered peas pulao and aloo gobi for lunch. It was very tasty and heavenly. Even though the food here is a little expensive, its tasty and enjoyable. I stayed for few days and I had no regrets so far. The housekeeping guy, the managar, hotel dooorman, everyone was friendly, nice and polite. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for the amazing memories. — malaysia.

Hotel location, Rooms and Staff good but House keeping required improvement. My experience is unfortunately not good. Given complaint in righting.

I just called your hotel to enquire about availability of wheelchair friendly rooms and the gentleman who was talking to me abruptly hung up the phone while I was still talking. That's pathetic service.

Nice concept hotel, peaceful location next to main road. Rooms are spacious, well furnished. Had a balcony with a mini garden. Breakfast is standard.

Excellent ambience and service. Rooms are very well maintained and restaurant serves excellent food as early as 7 am. Staff are very courteous infact they couriered me the box I left behind by mistake. Keep up the service.

Well the hotel is in the city centre and you can easily get cabs like uber or ola to this place. The best attraction of this hotel apart from the usual amenities is how courteous the staffs are. They are very friendly and affectionate. From the reception to the restaurant the staff are very good in dealing with their customers. Now about the room, The room was pretty clean including toilet and the ac, TV were all working properly. Food was also excellent. Will recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Bangalore.

Good service and clear rooms. All employers talk on English, good communication with customers. Not bad breakfasts, possibility to make choice without spicy.

The best part I liked about my stay is the hospitality. From the first day of my visit the staffs were extremely friendly and available. Food served is pretty fresh and tasty. Rooms were also neat and clean. The hotel is located in an accessible area. I have shared a few photos.

The dine was amazing and the Management cooperated a lot. We went on Christmas eve and really want to visit once again.

Organized a function at TreeTop rooftop restaurant. Good food. Was slightly disappointed with Manjunath (the F&B manager) not communicating well even though I tipped him at the start. However, Joyson (GM) and Rabindran (Housekeeping Mgr) stood in and managed our program well.

Had a very pleasant experience here. The place is not very big but they made up with their great service! I hope they maintain it.

It is maintained very well. The restaurant serves a decent buffet breakfast, at very reasonable rates. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It is a decent 3 star hotel with good rooms. From outside it looks very much lit at night. Lobby is very much appealing. Specially Buddha statue in meditation mode and surrounded with water and fishes. If you are not looking for luxurious stay then surely this can be your destination.

One of the best hotel in town compared to similar categories of hotels in town. It was well cleaned room with balcony, well manner and supportive staffs from front office, House keeping and Tree top restaurant all team were very supportive hence I. Would say much more than. Visited this on 28 & 29th July. New building, Modern tech rooms. Rooms are Excellent. Very peaceful stay, Humble staff. Very Good food. All at a reasonable price. Truly deserves 5 star rating.

Been there for breakfast, which mention lavished & all but frankly it's not worthy, I been ther just had for omelet that's also was average, but if ur vegetarian & want to try this then 200 re is not worthy. However staff was quite friendly, quick service, ambience was normal.

They dont clean rooms in this hotel … they want guests to tell them each day. If u forget — u come back to a dirty room. Poor training of staff. No feedback forms available. Wi-Fi connectvity poor.

Hotel looks well maintained but that is only for attraction, when you go inside you will get to know the real funda. Worst food we have ever had, it would be better to go to some dhaba instead of wasting money here. Served spoiled food, Food was so tasteless we can't explain. Avoid this if you really want to have good food.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff extremely courteous. They did everything to make us feel right at home! The hotel has a flight of few stairs to its lobby; something you might want to consider if you have walking disabilities.

It was good and the temple tree made my anniversary very special thanks a lot but I I did not like the food because the food was very sweet so fair review is improve your main course otherwise it's awesome you guys made my valentine.

Nice hotel. Great breakfast included with your stay. Room is very clean and hygienic. I would recommend a room not on the ground floor as their is quite a bit of noise from the lobby. My room on the third floor was much quieter.

This is the one of the well managed hotel and restaurant you can ever find in Bangalore awesome hospitality and fantastic cuisine.
