it is one of the worst hotels… the experience that we have with the front desk reception was horrible… most 5 star hotels give a grace time to leave the premises. We requested for the time to check out at 6pm.
but have insisted to leave early and charge half day extra… wanted to go back to Malaysia with peaceful mind… also the duty manager just walked away from us as we were checking out… without acknowledging… this is a money scam…

Great hotel, with a budget friendly buffet at their 24/7 coffee shop at just 499+ taxes. Great food and spread. Great value for money.

I stayed at SS Lumina Hotel. I have rated them as one to grab attention to one important point. My Stay: Room, ambience, cleanliness… I would rate 4 Food is good. Staff is also good. During Checkout, I was charged INR 557 and INR 100.13 as Towel Stain Charge. There was a tea stain or some food spill stain on towel. This is the first hotel which made such charges. So, advice to fellow travellers is, TRY NOT TO STAIN TOWELS.

I went there for a lunch buffet. It was decent spread and tasty food. It will be Value for Money if there is more variety of food available. Pasta ingredients are kept on display and we have to make it just by mixing them, which is not the right way of making pasta and it will taste bad. Also, didn't like welcome drink, it tasted like a cough syrup and left a bad aftertaste, didn't even finish the glass left it as it is. Sincere suggestion is, you replace that with simple lime juice and people will appreciate it. Ambience was good. Lighting was good. My photos authenticate it more.

One should not miss this hotel and their hospitality. Very friendly staff who make you feel at home. Superb n neat rooms with good amenities. Must try their very authentic Arabic food controlled by Lebanon Executive Chef Abbas.

Food and service are just awesome. Wide range of starters. And desserts are too good. Thumb sup to ambiance.

We went there for buffet lunch which had reasonable spread of veg and non veg dishes. Every single item was delicious and we simply enjoyed the meal. Falafel, Arabic rice and Arabic sweet were special offerings and all of them were well made. The place has very rich ambience and everything is impeccable. Overall a good place for a family meal.

Good rooms. The buffet is value for money. Parking is an issue here.

Magnificent new destination in Koramangla. Not just hotel, it consists of two restaurants (Arabic and Indian cuisine), a board room and a banquet hall. Ya'll should check it out once. The place is fab… Cheers.

Desert s wasn't great. But food was enjoyed. Enjoyed Arabic and Indian cuisine.
