Location was good… And well maintained.

Well spaced and maintained rooms, suitable for a casual/business stay. Located conveniently on the ring road with adequate parking facilities.

Our overall stay at this place was very homely and comfortable. A serene with all facilities added with Kamanhalli shopping very nearby. Staff are very approachable and accomodative. You can chill out in the balcony watching turf football right through midnight of all age group.

Clean rooms. Staff was good. We complained of mosquitoes in the room, which they had resolved in the same day.

Only issue is to reach restaurants. No nearby restaurants… Have to depend only on same food service.

0 for service, 1 for hospitality, 2 for cleanliness, 1 for customers feedback, Only good thing is about food and that too 3rd party catering. Dissatisfaction.

Horrible Service ever, poor Wi-Fi facility, took 10 hours to solve the issue, frequent power drop, Most Horrible thing is Food — ordered Dinner @ 8.45PM but they haven't delivered it till 9.42 PM hence left the hotel hungry…

Nice place. Location is centre to airport bustation and railway station. Rooms are good 24hrs service ax rooms good to stay here.

Some of the rooms are too small and not worth the price you are paying for the room.

One of the worst service apartment a that I have stayed in. They give you only two towels for a three — day stay and are very hesitant to give you any more. You have to dry the towels and reuse them. Only one bottle of water per day as complimentary and that would be a half liter bottle. Who the hell gives half a liter as complimentary. If you want more, you have to buy from them at 30 rupees per liter (MRP 15) and plus this bottle is from IRCTC lot. The charges for ironing changes based on who is there at reception. I was charged 30 rs for two shirts and then 45 rs for one shirt the next day. Breakfast is listed as free but I was charged for breakfast as well. Wi-Fi was down for the days I was there. They do not have a restaurant inhouse and so after you order food, though you are promised food within 40 mins, it arrives after 1.5 hrs because they have to run down to some nearby restaurant to get it. The rooms are not that bad, but could have been well maintained. Though I was listed for room 401, was given the smaller room 402. I found out about that much later, then lacked the energy to argue with them for that. Overall a bad experience and it is not even worth a single penny of the money you pay for the room and service. I will not wish it upon anyone till they improve their game.

Conveniently located close to Manyata tech park and BIA, great customer service and an awesome kitchen. A big thumbs up and recommend from me.

Place is good, but not fit to be called as serviced apartment. Service needs to be improved and to be done on time.

I like this place. It's good for family and kids. However food is not really great but still according to Indian culture its good.

Belongs to my friend Benny, so I'm giving 5 Stars! Yes! :-) It deserves only 4, but 5 is for friendship! That said, it's actually a good place to stay in. Very neat and comfortable, the staff is also awesome.
