Had a terrible experience with these guys. We had a booking for one day online. We checked in 9 pm on day 1. We got a call at 3pm from hotel guys on day 2 and asked us when will we vacate. We told them in one or two hours and asked them our booking expiry. THEY TOLD ME BEFORE 12 in the night on day 2. When we went to hotel to vacate after an hour they charged us for 2 days. Had a terrible experience. Just lies and very bad communication. I had to pay them 4K more for nothing.

One of the best budget hotels in Bangalore. I will certainly recommend this to any one looking for a budget accommodation. Very courteous staff. Though they don't have an in-house kitchen, they provide nice breakfast and coffee/tea etc. Rooms are near, spacious enough and clean.

Party hall can accommodate 75 people Good for birthday parties and small functions. Food was decent. But the dining hall adjacent to party hall is congested.

Worst experience ever, it took them two hours to settle my bill of 17 rooms, I would have expected better services if I was giving them this much business, over 1 lac of final billing. Terrible front desk staffs and services.

The place has yummy food. Party hall is also spacious and air conditioned. Apt for birthday parties and small gatherings.

Their service quality, food and, customer caring is phatetic. They don't even allow ur own flower decor guys to decor the place and, they insist customers to use only their vendor who is horribly bad, costly and not professional's. Intially every body acts very professional and, later they do not meet to the expectations of their commitment level.

Stayed here for two weeks. Two points to highlight are the hospitality of the staffs and the tidiness. Rooms are clean and people are very helpful. Breakfast is complementary. They serve a variety of dishes and are good.

Having visited other Pai hotels and banquet halls, this one seems to be below the set expectations. The rooms and food are average. Staff is good and cooperative.

Hotel was good. Services and staffs are very bad. They dont know how to make Gobi 65. I will not stay again in this hotel.

Located at a very accessible place, just a walk from the Banashankari Bus Terminal. The rooms have been luxury class and the service is extremely top notch.

This is very worst experience in my hotel experience. Irresponsible staff all area. That front office guy face full time angry. My 2500 rs power bank miss this hotel. They don't have any responsibility. Morning break fast is very worst. If we are ate that breakfast we have stomach problem. Night food also same thing. Very worst hotel. Front office staff is arrogant.

Stayed for 3 days on official tour. Rooms are adequately sized and most importantly, VERY neatly maintained. Bathroom is spacious, clean and contains all necessary amenities. Clean towels and running hot water even at night. TV, AC, Kettle and tea/coffee making ingredients at bedside, 2x500ml water bottles provided every day. Reception is curteous and room service is well behaved and prompt. Food quality is good. Most impressive is the complimentary breakfast which provides a HUGE spread of varied items as per liking, and some are changed every day. Worth the cost. Overall, a very pleasant experience, recommended stay.

Worst night mare of my life. Very bad and frozen food taste. Some dishes are remade which trouble the health. I do not recommend to visit.
