BEST IN BEST… best service. Best food and best hotel which we can stay.

Plus points… In the heart of the city. Has got lodging, restaurant, function halls, shop, etc Well connected from all the places. It is quite huge, bigger than you can imagine. Ample parking place. Lush green all around. Cool and calm in the busy area. Feels like you are in a village. Ideal for small and medium functions also. Minus points. The place is a bit outdated. The halls are not very elegant. For functions, you must order the food from them only, outside catering is not allowed.

A nice place. Looks a little run down; but not bad. It's set in a lovely environment. In the heart of the city yet very quiet. Good value for money. The restaurant serves decent food; but is under kit & looks gloomy. Overall, enjoyable experience.

Quality has dropped. Very ordinary food… Ambience needs great improvement. Not well maintained.

Great brandname from the past… decent food but hardly commensurate with the goodwill they enjoy. They have an extensive menu card but less than 15% of the items were available. Even though the menu card said that several items were to be available at the time we placed our orders they were not. Poor service and simply too much time for serving the limited fare that was available.

Centrally locates heritage Hotel of Bangalore. Spread across 6-7 acres of area. Authentic southern cuisine is served. Value for money. Service levels and cleanliness can be improved.

Very good infrastructure — traditional.

Bit disappointed with food and service! It is not the same as it use to be!

Rooms in general are good, if you book with OYO you will be allotted separate rooms which are not worth the money & not pleasant for a family stay.

A charming hotel set admist 2 acres in the heart of the city.

It's a very good hotel to stay. It's a old property so rooms are bigger, they have renovated the interiors so you get spacious however modern place to stay. Staff are very helpful. They should consider giving water bottles or at least a jug of water. It also has a good veg restaurant. The entire campus is neat and clean. Very nice ambience. Most of the important places are very close by, can stay here for a short visit.

Good service… could improve facilities.

Don't expect more, this is simple & low budget rest rooms only.

Woodlands has some old memories. But service speed is slow. One family with grandparents walked out after waiting for 20 mins to be served water. In my service the Sambar was Luke warm. Rasam wada had a pre fried wada which was kept in a small cupboard near the counter. The staff were trying hands full and doing their best. It was a great place and can be great again. Needs a prolific revamp. Sorry it’s a 2 star review.

Hotel is good with spacious rooms and the breakfast fast was OK and not best only very few items Dosa too oily like poori they have shallow fried. Neat and calm place to stay.

Woodlands was always known for its service and food. Both are very bad. Being a long time customer didn't just expect this. Breakfast was insufficient. Lunch was ok. Dinner was pathetic. The food was serviced cold and the cold drinks were served hot. There were no people to manage things. Coffee was not like coffee at all. The experience at the reception while check in was not pleasant. Over all very disappointed.

Great ambieence, very spacious rooms well connected. The restaurant is amazing. Good quality is good. Only the staff have to be a bit more polished & customer friendly. Overall a great place to stay.
