Horrible manager… he behaved rudely, spoke rubbish… I came with my wife. I had my id card … my wife forgot the I’d card … I told him I will send the email of original I’d… instead he started talking rubbish about us… we were carrying two bagpacks and he said we need to carry minimum baggage… This is some third class hotel and the behaviour of mangaer was horrible. I request the Coustomer don’t come here as couple… this a****lo will talk rubbish about u. I request the owner to remove such fellows from work… I already booked the room… give that amount to some better person who can be polite to Coustomers…

Boutique hotel with excellent amenities and services in the heart of Bengaluru. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The deal with inclusive breakfast makes it a value for money choice.

Royal Orchid Suites Bengaluru is a luxury hotel that is located on the outskirts of Bengaluru, India and features large suites with private balconies and views of the city. Every room at the hotel comes with a coffee maker, a flat-screen television, a minibar, and an in-room safe. Upgraded suites have a kitchenette and a sitting area. Select rooms have a full kitchen, dining room, and multiple bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi is available to all guests of the hotel. The property also has a swimming pool, a fitness centre, pool tables, and a squash court. The property offers a complimentary breakfast every morning. Royal Orchid Suites Bengaluru also has a restaurant called Burgundy that serves Indian and international cuisine in both buffet and a la carte formats, along with a bar called Blend. The property is a little over a kilometre from The Forum Neighbourhood Mall, a large shopping centre with a movie theatre, and about 12 kilometres from Shivoham Shiva Temple, a Hindu pilgrimage site.

Very bad experience. Bathroom flush not working properly. Rooms not looks like as shown in the photos. Also price is large. At this price we will get very good rooms in another hotels. At the time of check out they charged for water and some packets of lays that they before said complimentary. With out asking they will not give free Wi-Fi. Do not book this hotel.

More like a serviced apartment than a hotel. Not value for money. We can get better deals for that amount. Staff were polite.

I was in Bangalore for participating in the annual Bengaluru marathon and this hotel being closer to the race start point decided to stay here. Booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip and one of the items in the package was late check-out till 16hrs subject to availability. Right from the Checkin I never felt good being there. There was no warmth in the reception and I felt an attitude as if I have come to stay there for free. When asked the front office about late check-out I was told that it is not possible since they are sold out and even if available it will be chargeable. He was not even willing to listen that package contains late check-out. He was saying the MakeMyTrip will put all these things. After insisting he told that he will confirm on that next day subject to availability. But I knew that next day he will refuse me late check-out citing reason that all rooms are full. Right from my checkin I did not see any other guest in that hotel even though he said that all rooms are full. We went for the marathon next day morning and came back to the hotel by 11AM and checked about the possibility of late check-out. Just as I expected he refused citing the same reason and said we need to checkout by 12 noon. He made a statement that all his guests for the day will arrive sharp at 12 noon. Any hotel will allow for min 1 hour grace time in checkout and here we were denied that as well. We were back after a long run and needed some time to freshen up and get ready.

Very hygienic. Beautiful Rooms with all good amenities! They serve breakfast buffet on the rooftop which is amazing!
Will surely recommend people to go n stay and I am myself will surely stay on my next Visit! Keep up the good work.

Awesome staff wonderful location value for money. I stayed in this property from 25th October to 28th October. Enjoyed my stay with nice breakfast. All is well at this property. But I personally feel that Newspaper and tea maker in room is must for me which I missed at this property. This is only thing I would like to be added. Rest is fine. Love to come again and again in this property.

It's a nice hotel. But they made me to wait more than 1 hour before getting the room. Because of housekeeping.

Awesome place to stay in main area, UB city and some other points are at walkable distance from hotel, good service and cleanliness.

The place is in the middle of a remote village. You wont be able to find any public transport, restaurants nearby.

Good place to stay for 2-3 days. Service is good and breakfast is also good.

Orchid is straight opposite the main road, and near the Bishop Cotton's Boy School. They offer single and double rooms. The restaurant is terrible.

Have had the pleasure of staying 2 nights with my friends last Sep.
Very courteous and friendly staff, nice big rooms, an even bigger lift and the dining area on the terrace giving a nice view this side of Bangalore.
Centrally located with a Capital C-the Bangalore Club, Catholic Club, Cash Pharmacy and the iconic Blue Bell Sweets all at walking distance.

I have personally stayed at these place spacious rooms never seen anything cleaner than orchid suites great hospitality.
