Great service apartment… suggest for families with small kids… they can cook food.

Great place, location is also good and rooms are comfortable. We stayed in studio deluxe and its very spacious. No cons.

September 2018 — here again and the biggest disappointment is the non-working Wi-Fi. Everything else similar to my December visit. December 2017 — Long term stay or short term stay, the Oakwood Residence has the facility to make your stay comfortable and safe. I was there for 2-nights and enjoyed the gym, pool and simple restaurant facilities. Staffs are attentive and expect the usual local hospitality. Room are made up daily, with cooking and laundry facilities. TV with sufficient channel and a sound bar if you want to relax. If you have the extra budget, opt for the room that look out the building, as some rooms looked into the inner court and you may not enjoy the morning/evening sun or not able to open your window due to privacy issues. Residence lobby at 9th floor. Residences from 9-12 floor. Gym at 8. Direct access to mall at 3rd via the car park.

Courteous Staff. Amazing Service Quality. Really good rooms with kitchenettes. My two week stay here was pleasant.

Highly maintained service apartments with all the basic amenities. The staff is very cooperative and gives you super hospitality. They serve complimentary breakfast for all the residents with a wide variety of items along with customized menu as per your demand. The hotel has a fully functional swimming pool and gymnasium with professional trainer. The gym trainer was well qualified and had wide knowledge about his field. Would definitely like to give a halt at this place whenever I am in whitefield again.

Room is good, but Wi-Fi is very very slow…

Excellent place to stay as a family. Clean and spacious — we stayed in 1 and 2 bedrooms appartment. Nice gym and swimming pool (though perhaps a bit small). Very very friendly personnel, our 2 yo daughter was entertained every morning at the breakfast by waiters. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to anyone travelling as a family that has to stay couple weeks to months in Bangalore, and have homely feeling at a serviced apartment.

This place is best for Corporates and foreign Guest. Delightful services, pleasant soothing environment, delicious foods in Restaurants and Bars. It's complete 5 star experience! The only thing is that it's located behind the Forum Value Mall. So sometimes it's hard to notice.

As we stepped in India we were led to Oakwood. A gorgeous lifestyle awaited us. The expanse of marble floors and plethora of modest dutiful and welcoming staff made our stay memorable. Everyone was friendly and my children aged under 5 were happy in the environment. All the amenities are kept up to date. They have a great gym, a great pool and also a kids play area. The apartments themselves are fully serviced and maintained up to the highest standard. They have great line up of white goods in the apartments, easy to use. The restaurant there also is one of the best in that part of the city. Overall I give it 5 stars as a way to thank them for a lovely month spent there.
