Hotel suite rooms are good. Complementary breakfast is not good. They should hire a trained chef.

This place is highly accessible and have all the necessary things u might need to stay somewhere. It is in the middle of the place where u can anything including nice restaurants etc.

Room is quite big and price is cheaper as well. But could have been better maintained especially the bed… Decent breakfast.

A very good hotel in Whitefield. Hotes maintained in very good condition. Staff is also very helpful and good. They are always eager to help. Breakfast and room service both are excellent. Specially roof top restarunt is best part of hotel.

No doubt Northern Suites is where I had my best stay ever in India. Beautiful infrastructure and excellent interiors. Received good response and attention from all staffs employed over there. The best was the Terrace Dining. Wow… I just loved my food served in that lovely atmosphere. A good option for parties. Safe Transport arrangement on request was also taken care and I had no fear staying here till my work was completed. Thank you for making me feel at home.

Really nice hotel. With great service.! Excellent hotel of this class… Front desk staffs are very friendly.! The area in this hotel is spacious and one of the best in brookefield I have experienced… I actually stayed here twice in the same month… second time back was upgraded to a suite which was very classy.! I will be back again and I am always recommending to others…

Had stayed here for 7 months due to official work. Great hospitality. Well maintained and very clean. Behavior of the Hotel Staffs are great. Bengali people will enjoy their stay here as maximum hotel staffs are from different parts of Bengal.

Yes it's ok for stay. Room looks clean and well maintained. No big issues. But auto drivers are not familiar with the place. Food is good but only few items are served.

Maintainance and ambience is too good. The staff and their response is very good The food at the restaurant attached is really bad. And the Wi-Fi doesn't work at all.

It's a nightmare to stay in here. Wi-Fi doesn't work no cab driver knows the location lift Id out-of service all the time especially illy at night where the manager turns it off.

The staff is extremely friendly, polite. The hotel premises is very tidy and they offer excellent service.

More choice to select sarees and suits for women. Better than mall shops.

Amenities, clean & spacious rooms, hygienic breakfast options. It's all good there at justifying price (booked from goibibo & was cheapest for sure)

Its amazing hotel, with spacious and clean rooms. The services are good, staff is ever ready to help you out. If the food menu doesn't have the items you want they went on to get that for you from outside on their own. They stand out because of their customer oriented services and cooperation of hotel staff. Generic budget hotel. Decent Wi-Fi and room furnishings. Reception was helpful and the staff was warm.

Inflexible checking in and out timings. I had to pay the 24 hr rent for being there for hardly 8 hrs. No value for money.

Very bad service from the staff, they have moved my luggage to other room without my knowledge and prior notice. If you are looking for good and sincere team try another better hotel for stay. The team is completely unprofessional and unethical.

Had a perfect stay at Northern Suites. The room, was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, service oriented and competent. They made me feel at home, by building up a relationship during my 4 days stay.
