Very eficient staff and good hospitality.

It is booked through OYO app. The app provides us with complimentary late check out time till 1pm, but the people from the reception call up to the room from 11.15am asking us to check out, not because they had another booking, but just to clean the room. Other than this I liked d place.

Pleasant stay. 1 bhk flats in the apartment, no disturbances, no problems, staffs are very cooperative, Sanarthan is very friendly guy. Rooms are not spacious, breakfast was very tasty. Awesome service.

Beautiful and clean rooms. Its like 1 BHK just for you. Tv, fridge, oven, AC everything is there in the room.

Good hotel and good Bengali food available here. Rooms are also bigger and comfortable.

The room that was provided to me had bed bugs, in spite of me telling them about the bugs at the time of checking in, based on the blood marks in the wall, they assured there are no bed bugs. But after few days, I caught a live one and showed them. They changed my room and prepared the old room for others instead of cleaning it completely. Also this apartments had cockroaches all around the kitchen, it runs all over the drinking water bottle (tap). I showed this to the care takers, but they say they are going to apply hit, what impact it is going to have. They need to do complete pest control on this building. Also the breakfast, they give 3 idli's, 2 poori's and say it is for one person. When asked, they say that is the limit. The gym is not the best, it is just a non A/C room with couple of machines and a broken TT board. They need to improve these a lot for the price they are charging. Yes, They are charging more than a good/decent hotel nearby. The 2 start is for all the facilities (Wi-Fi, TV, geyser) working fine otherwise would be 1 star.
