Need maintenance… housekeeping good… mobile network not available on the ground floor at all.

Great Location, Comfy Beds. Clean. Good for families, Groups.

Good cozy place to stay you feel like 5star hotel in MG road, very near to UB city (almost walkable).

We stayed at the Melange for approximately 3 months as a family of two adults and two small children. We enjoyed our stay and would note the following: — staff are very attentive and responsive — location is very near UB City and central to the rest of the city — property is not luxurious, but is nice and well maintained — Wi-Fi service is quite bad and mobile phone networks were not reliable or good in our room; guests are only allowed to connect two devices and we had to call the technician on a nearly daily basis because internet service was so poor.

Very good experience and super close to UB City. Highly recommended.

Posting this on the individual who stayed here as I made the payment and the feedback email was sent to me. In general, there was a positive experience. We had one hiccup though. I had made a booking through Melange's website. It asked me to pay an "advance" to block the room at that rate. I did that, had the receipt and provided it to the person that was supposed to stay there. However, when making the actual payment during checkout, the receptionist was very rude to the individual and didn't even bother to listen to her side of the story. The person simply wouldn't listen and bother to see the actual receipt that this person had, and kept insisting to pay the full amount without reducing the advance. She had no other option other than to pay and then raise a complaint. The whole intent of paying the advance amount was to avoid going through hotel aggregators and yet this happened. We had to then raise a formal complaint. Melange did pay back the remaining balance amount. The whole thing could have been easily avoided had the receptionist been educated about the website policies well.

Well furnished serviced apartment. My stay for three nights was very comfortable. The kitchen furnished with four burner gas stove, Microwave oven, hot water electric kettle with coffee, tea, sugar sachets, cooking utensils, cups, plates etc etc. Very good arrangements for comfortable stay, very neat and clean. Good location. Excellent staff ever willing to help you. I would not hesitate to rate it five stars.

Good location, decent rooms, ordinary service. Lighting in the room can definitely be improved. The toilets are little old and need to be renovated. Hot water is a problem in couple of the bathrooms.

Good food, waiter quality and service can improve.

Friendly staff. Good ambience. Need to improve on crockery and utensils that are not adequate for a 4 occupancy. Lighting in certain places inadequate such as bathroom mirror as shaving for men becomes difficult in poor light.

Pretty nice. Based around a nice and posh area. Really liked the place.

There is no pantry. The room service is great. But you have to remind the guys to refill the coffee sachets, milk powder. The guy at the counter who accepts the payment is very rude. He straight away said me, I wont be getting the bill after paying the amount (room service charges), as the rent is paid by my company, whereas I should be getting the bill of whatever amount I have paid. Since the bill copy was required for reimbursement, I had to followup with him for 3 days. He assured me that he would mail me the bill, which he didn't. So, I had to go there personally, and speak to the manager, who then arranged the bill. All it took was just 1 minute to get a printout. But he forced me to travel all the way to the hotel just to get it. This was unprofessional on their part. Edit: I paid for the laundry service. So, I should get the bill for whatever amount I paid. I agree that I cannot get the bill for my stay, which is reimbursed by the company. But the bill I am talking about is for the amount which I paid.

Good hotel. Management is little strict but its necessary I guess. Rooms are neat.

Rooms are very good … Service is great. Only miNus point is that they dont have any provision for food (breakfast|lunch|dinner). They provide you with kitchen to cook for yourself.

Good service apartment, bang in the heart of the city. Location: The service apartment is part of a cluster of apartment blocs and can be difficult to locate if you use Google maps for directions. The apartment bloc gate is located on the Vittal Malya Marg and the fate of the apartment is bang opposite the Shell Petroleum pump. Once you enter the apartment complex, go straight and at the end of the road, take right and then right. The bloc is on the right, opposite the swimming pool. As you enter the apartment block, you will find the security reception. Go past it to the corridor and to the right and you will find the checkin counter. Apartments: I rented two, two bedroom premium apartments. The decor is dated but apartment is spacious and neat and clean. A few plug points may not work. The bathroom in second bedroom (twin beds) is tiny to the point of being claustrophobic, which is disappointing. The place doesn't serve breakfast and if you plan not to cook, head over to Smoke house deli that opens at 9 am.

Really great service apartments in the heart of Bangalore city with very polite and helpful staff — has my recommendation.

Good place, but they don't give washing machine or dryer. Bit undeveloped apartment. Gym is being built now.
