Rooms are small. TVs are old model. Very congested area. Better to search another.

Small rooms. But comfortable for that price. Good condition, Neet and cleaned rooms.

The hotel is located at close proximity to the madivala bus station. Fairly decent rooms were available and had neat and clean bed and toilets.

Rooms are good… worth for money. There is a mess opposite with good quality of food. It's good for a single day stay on a office work… just beside the hotel you can find bus transportation.

One of the good hotel in Madiwala. Staffs are good and helpful. Kerala restaurants are available near to this.

Hotel cleanliness is good. Water heater won’t work. When complained they didn’t respond. Power cuts most of the time (I guess they are doing it purposely). No power backup. Bad experience.

Well set Regency for Stay. Nice Service. All emergency facilities are at the door. Mainly it's reasonable when compare to others.

Bipolar hotel management. They tell 24 hrs check in n check out. But one calls in morning n tells you have to check out. Whereas I was just checked in 8 hrs before. So u Neva recommend this go for others hotels which are near by with good hospitality n cost effective.

Rooms are good bathrooms are narrow. linen was bit dirty. I was provided single small blanket for 2 people in double room when asked, reception denied instead they provided bedsheet which was teared. After chekin reception was polite afterwards some other person was on reception who was ultra rude. TV was not working. not recommended on this money. advice to owner : please hire polite night receptionist.

The hotel z neat and clean definitely with operated Geyser… sanitation… One star I I have deducted because of low quality drinking water… the guests be very careful about drinking water…

A decent low cost hotel at Madiwala Maruthi Nagar. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Very close to the bus stops and many private travels offices.

I went to meet a client there and the rooms are adequately spacious for two people. This place provides a clean bathroom with almost every room. I reduced one start as the staff is not very much friendly but you will find the booking of this online for very cheap price. Just an advice. Book online. Don't go to the hotel n book.

A decent and budget hotel very close to the Madiwala Ayyappa temple. Convenient for travellers opting from overnight private luxury buses. Cleanliness was ok. Many options for breakfast available around the hotel but many of them serve Kerala cusine.

Rooms were good for the amount charged. Also staffs were polite and provide room service on request.

Services weren't good enough, the ac in our room wasn't working after complaining 3 times nothing happened and still we had to pay the money for the ac room!

The place is safe and cheap. It is in the middle of town with all facilities like nearby restaurants, taxi availability, all kinds of stores. The nearby mall is forum. There are different temples and St. Antony's friary church nearby. There is only some 3 minute walk to different travel agencies like kallada etc. Its a good place to stay with your family.

Room was very cheap when we ordered online. The room is okay. Bathroom can be improved a lot. It should be kept cleaner.

Stayed here for almost a month. The best part is their staff. The reception team and the housekeeping team all are dedicated and polite in their work. Location is a plus point as well.

Located in the main Madiwala area. For outstation people it has easy access for the bus and food. The hotel is good.

The price is pretty reasonable. The staffs​ are nice and pleasant persons. The only problem is that you have to buy drinking water from outside. Their own dispenser wasn't covered most of the time. The rooms are comparatively small, but not to an extent where it's an issue. The locality has plenty of eateries, so food is not a problem at all.

This is a great hotel, at a well-connected location, with lots of dining options. Staff were courteous and willing to help. Efficient Laundry service, was an added advantage. Its a place you look forward to return to after a long day at work. Look forward to staying here on my next visit to Bangalore.

A Decent place to stay in Madiwala!

Conveniently located near Madivala and St John's bus stop. Near silk board. Very helpful staff. Rooms are a bit small but very clean and tidy. Reasonable price for rooms.

Good staff, easy reservation.

Its ok, run my malayalees so if you are from kerala you will love it.
