This is located at the Signal Corner (Leftside) towards Freedom Park road. The place is well maintained and security system is top in line. I visited past 12am and the security check was done in a standard way and it is has two entries and you enter hotel in style… just like in movies. You get down right near door. Very hygienic. So overall loved it.

The rooms are big and nice. The infrastructure is good. And the location of the hotel is amazing. But you might not find the best room service here.

Good ambiance, well maintained gardens and lawns, Good staffs and attentive security. At city center and prime location. Place is kept very neat and clean. Restrooms are also maintained well. Restaurants & bars are available with separate smoking zones. Good and secure parking spaces are available.

Good peaceful rooms, though bit old but the hospitality is good with some good food. The most inconvenient thing is their swimming pool which is in other building where the convention centre is, and is not having much privacy.

It's a good hotel but it'd have been better if they give complimentary breakfast. The rooms were neat and clean. There was a coffee maker, locker, Hair Dryer, sugar, coffee powder, Tea powder in the rooms. Overall the hotel was good.

A 5 star equivalent Hotel of the yesteryears. Power outlets, room decor, bathroom fittings are old-school. However the rooms are every well lit and spacious. They are also absolutely quiet even though the hotel is right in the hustle and bustle of Majestic. The complimentary breakfast has an extensive variety. Dine in food is expensive though. The staff is friendly and helpful. Service is prompt. Cleanliness 5/5 Service 5/5 Room Decor 3.5/5 Location 5/5 Bottomline. It is not worth the 4k asking price. But it's is quite a prize if you get a deal below 3k with the complimentary breakfast.

It is a good hotel to stay. I got a room with two single beds. The beds weren't comfortable for some reason. The choice of channels in the TV was less as I wanted Tamil channels and could not find many. Also, operating the act TV was quiet cumbersome. The breakfast spread is very good. The bar at the terrace was very good and had liquor at nominal price. Overall good experience could have been better.

This is for the wonderful service and staff. Very kid friendly. The choice of platter is not only extensive but also tasteful @ the ORCHID restaurant. Very warm and welcoming, the staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious and neat. Location is central, nearby metro station is majestic. A stay is definitely recommended!

The parking was full and rather than offering a wallet parking the security guard asked me to park on the road. The restrooms near the conference rooms are so poorly maintained! However Food was good.

Nice hotel overall. But half of the staff a little lacking in hospitality. Perhaps their best service is reserved exclusively for suited up high profile guests.

Amazing well maintained place,. Exceptionally good quality of food. Parking is an issue, many times one has to park the vehicles in the road. If you attending a meeting or conference in this hotel and worried about parking, better to reach here by a cab.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room had a view. Used the pool and gym too. Restaurant and spread was nice. A friendly restaurant staff made my day with a special cocktail he made for me which wasn't in the menu.

Very old building and poor maintenance in lobby and reception. Not working world time clocks and smelling lobby. Very nerrow entrance, heard the main entrance closed for maintenance. The door electronic doors need assistance always to open. Buffet breakfast is reasonable and the room is spacious it's due to old building.

Hospitality is good, customer support is great, look and feel are satisfying. I felt cleanliness needs to be improved after noticing the conspicuous stains on the door of the washroom. Washroom was stinking so complained about it to the room service. Room service guy arrived in a couple of mins with a spray. It worked good for 2-3 hours then the stink was back. I was further disappointed to notice a layer of dust on the side table indicating it hasn't been dusted for weeks. So now I definitely feel, improving cleanliness should be given top priority!

Their staff is really helpful. The rooms are spacious and nice. Coridoors are well maintained. Cleanliness well maintained. Overall it was a good experience.

We had a conference here a couple of days ago. The food was really good. It was actually tasty! But most other things, we had lots of complaints. From the cleanliness of the rest rooms, to availability of drinking water, to the scarry lifts that you didn't know was perhaps doing its last rounds, to the squeaking doors on all rooms that caused disturbance to the session in progress, these were only a few of the issues. Since the hotel had two entrances, we had even requested that the staff be informed and that signages be out up. In spite of all this, we had delegates complain that the reception was clueless. We had to grin and bear it. Still grinning.

It's an elegant big hotel. Some mismanagement creeps in at times. Food is good. Lot many facilities available. Roof top bar is great. Need to improve upon service delivery.

The sheets were not changed and I saw stains on the bed. Disgusting. Definitely not worth the price.

I went there to attend a business meeting. We regularly organise meetings at the hotel. We hired 3 different halls, one was an executive meeting hall on the 6th floor, second a meeting hall at the 7th floor and the third on the ground floor. The staff is cordial and helpful. Also, the breakfast and lunch menu has variety. Overall, the experience of doing business with the hotel is pleasant.

One the best places to stay in Bangalore. Large rooms with excellent bar and restaurants further the indoor Pool adds to the excitement of the guests.

The place was really well maintained with a small parking lot. However the breakfast was not that great. The Dosa was a little hard. If you are on a higher floor, you get a nice view of the racecourse.

May be a nice play to stay, but they are TERRIBLE neighbors! They're breaking something down and letting huge chunks of concrete fall into my parents' backyard, without any warning. When I complained that this posed a serious risk of head injury to my child, my elderly parents, the people who work in their household and their dog, I was promised that they'd put up a safety net and give us some warning, as well as coming to clean up the mess, but instead, absolutely NOTHING happened and they're continuing to do the same thing as yesterday. I guess they are anxious to see someone hospitalized!

My kids are going to stay. Hope it's as comfort as their Jaipur branch.
