Sunday Brunch was good, limited items but it was tasty. Dessert options were good. Ambience is nice and beautiful 😍

I had booked for a stay for 2 for the 12th of Feb which was our anniversary. As we were checking in, my husband requested if there was any upgrade available for which the receptionist said nothing. My husband asked again and the same response. She handed over key after taking our proof of identity and said she has upgraded our room to executive. I am not sure if it was upgrade or downgrade from a deluxe room to a executive room. We checked into our rooms to find that the mini bar had nothing, there were one set of toiletries, one bathrobe and 1 set of hotel slippers. We had come for our anniversary, so we overlooked these issues. Later in the evening we ordered for some drinks and food at Nazaara (rooftop restaurant). The food and service was very good, but when we wanted retire into our room we requested our bill to be put on the room tab. For which we were told we had to pay and we couldn't put the same on the room tab. We paid went to our room, called the room service ordered a hot chocolate fudge. Again no complaints against the food, we signed the bill to be put on the room tab. After about 15 minutes the waiter was back requesting for payment as we had no credit. I am not sure what that meant. We have travelled few places in India as well as around the globe. We have never encountered such bad service ever. Somehow I feel we are victims of profiling. Anyhow if I had option to give 0 star I would.

Our stay at Courtyard by Marriott, hebbal was nothing short of a delight for the last two weeks. This is the second time I got to stay in the hotel along with my family and their service can be rated excellent easily. I would like to mention about a few people who made our stay a very memorable one. Chef Manivannan! He was literally the man behind our smiles on the breakfast table every single day! I am on a fitness journey and was so worried if staying outside for two weeks would be a disaster, but chef Mani helped me with a good portion of salad everyday morning, just the way l I like it! It was indeed not even a part of the buffet but he went out of the way to make us comfortable and I can't thank him enough for me walking with me literally helping me out to craft my meal plates. Also, I had to portion out my meal and could not eat all at once, there he came to my rescue again packing a good portion of watermelon which I had requested for every single day for 14 days! That was not all he did, he is excellent with children and he made sure my little son ate something to his liking, be it a cheese dosa or a glass of fresh orange juice in rook temperature, we enjoyed it all! I call his service to us as customer delight! We are so thankful to him for making our stay nothing less than a fairy tale. The next person I would like to mention about is Deepthi who was a part of the house cleaning team.

All amenities and modern convenience you’d expect, but still nothing is better than friendly, personal, caring service which makes you feel like a valued and welcome guest. Every part of our stay here was excellent.

Don't get fooled by these posts and ads… horrible staff and worse food.
Manager is very rude… the buffet is totally disgusting

I was absolutely surprised at the attitude of managers to name Aakash and Aakash, Amandeep, and Rajeev and also Ohm Gupta, Ms Saha, Reetu, Aakriti, Pankaj and better to say entire staff and the hospitality shown by all. Despite the constrains emerging out of corona issue, all the meals were par excellence. Feeling very happy about CM, Hebbal branch. Despite limited facilities used I would still highlight courteous staff of the hotel, everyone that I encountered was genuinely ready to help in real quick time which I believe is key to enhance your hotel experience.

A fantastic place, Music, Drinks & fyn.

No clear cut SOP/Protocol in place in handling amenities for the guests. Staff knocked the door and entered my room at the middle of night while I was fast asleep which was complete breach in privacy.

Fantastic property with easy airport access and reasonable city access. The staff are truly warm and welcoming to take care of your every need. Shalini at guest services, Chef Arzoo at breakfast and Vinesh at the lounge were extraordinary, and all the other crew were equally brilliant. Happy 5 nights gone in a blink :) Look forward to visiting this property soon again. All the best!

Loved everything about it. It’s hospitality, the staff, food, ambience, specially the roof top restaurant… had a wonderful time!

The facility is excellent and well maintained. We went for a buffet dinner and the food was mouth watering. They have large buffet spread and each and every item was delicious. I would recommend this place anytime near Hebbal.

Eco friendly atmosphere, every aspect of safety and security steps are followed to provide safe and secure place to stay guest and employee to work. Food is top class and delecious, I am very lucky to part of this organization.
