Hotel had very Nice and clean rooms with very modern feel. However rooms are a little small than expected but I guess that’s how modern hotels are getting developed. Food at brassiere was very nice and tasty. The ambience with pool side was amazing. But few staffs weren’t that attentive which could be looked upon. Overall it was a good experience where you can always stay during business trips.
Unfortunately we missed the buffet breakfast which wasnt available due to Covid. However staffs made sure every item from the buffet gets served right at the table. The staff at morning shifts were highly courteous and helpful. Even the hotel is located at Prime location and makes life easier while travelling to and fro.

Awesome place to stay in bangalore.

Bought a bottle of black label, had just a drink from it, went on to take a leak, on my return the bottle was missing and the staff weren’t help full. Wasn’t expecting such shady behaviour from the staff and the bottle cost me 20, 000.

Having a joyous occasion of 25years of my company being celebrated at the Hyatt seems like a big mistake that we made. We were celebrating it with our staff and their families and the whole hotel team was extremely callous towards the arrangements. The contact person Ms. Divya did not even bother to be present at the event lest alone communicate the necessary instructions across to the team. Hyatt being such a global name, this is not expected of the team. We will definitely make it a point to not hold any other occasions here and also tell others not to. Its been a major embarrassment for us in front of our staff who were not served properly. Also it took the hotel 3 days after the event to issue the bill because of their internal miscommunications, after repeated reminders as if they were not interested in issuing the bill. Today after 4 days and incessant reminders we get a mail from them summarising that we were at fault to expect great services from a global brand like "Hyatt".

It's really great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great rooms and great service.

Nice hotel staying right in the middle of Bangalore. It's next to a decent mall for shopping. It's also next to the Metro which seems to work pretty well. Traffic is miserable in Bangalore, so expect long cab rides pretty much anywhere. The rooms are a good size, but not spacious. Everything is spotlessly clean. And despite being in the middle of a raucous, loud Indian city, very quiet. They have a decent workout room with lots of machines, treadmills, and nautilus machines. It was very lightly used while I was there.

Great place to stay near MG Road Bangalore. Friendly staff and very helpful. I loved the ambient lights in the room. Mr. Dipendra at front desk was very helpful and gave me a good deal. Overall I had a great time staying there. Looking forward for to visit them soon.

Nice hotel. Only one restaurant operational by the pool side. Extended inside. One more opening shortly… 4th floor. Noisy Windy outside by the poolside. In time … Getting their act together it will be a great hotel. Excellent location. F&B needs tweaking. Good Service and Hospitality.

Great hotel for business travelers. Not advised for leisure stay as there’s much as a hotel for fun. The service is five star. Really really helpful staff who wants to make your stay really really amazing. Food is good too. Rooms are super clean and well maintained. They can be a little smaller. But it’s ok for business hotel. They’ll fulfill pretty much all the reasonable requests you have. And the location is amazing as it’s at the heart of the city.

Buffet dinner for group. The variety and taste were just so so. The service was not prompt. I have given three stars mainly for the ambiance. The poolside on rooftop is a great place to spend an evening. The place is right on M G road so location is definitely a big plus in terms of convenience and reachability. Not sure about the rooms as I didn't stay in this hotel.

This property is full of young and energetic staffs who take care of your needs as guest. Special mention to Mr Ritesh Asst FO manager who made our check-in process very smooth. Property got recently refurbished they have got good interior and nice concept. This property have rooftop restaurant with city view. Mr Mohit and Anil from restaurant were very courteous. Chef ekabaram made special prawn salad that satisfied by taste bud. This hotel is must try!

The hotel environment was excellent and so with the staff very accommodating esp Ruksana at the restaurant and Amit.

A five star luxury hotel right bang on mg road and close to other hotels. Entrance is bad when compared to other hotels of the standard this hotel has. Dining and lobby are small but rooms are pretty good. Nice ambience and awesome arrangement. Room services is also good.

The new renovated rooms are refreshing. Even though the size of the rooms are same, the new furnishing interiors makes it more roomier and much more upmarket. The staff is always very helpful, they remember my preferences and keep everything ready for you. Making you feel special everytime you visit them.

The earliest Lido then redone as Hyatt, is now Hyatt centric. It's a modern hotel with cowork places, new restaurant and many more attraction. Loved the salad and sushis on the day of inauguration.

Renovated beautiful five star hotel. On arrival, reception staff made us feel at home. They understand customer requirements well. Restaurant is also remodeled in old style Bangalore. Overall excellent stay.

Staff in the hotel are not good and they don't respect guests… Rooms are very small even bathroom… Over charging on room actually it is not 5 star it should be 1 or 2 star hotel. It is the worst experience in Hyatt Even I stayed in Goa Hyatt it was great experience. In Bangalore they are ruining the name Hyatt So I strictly recommend not to visit Hyatt Bangalore…

Food is average. The hotel doesn't really give out a luxurious feel like many of the other star properties in Bangalore. The entrance is quite small too and isn't as welcoming.

Hotel under construction under the time of my stay. Upgrading to a more modern look and feel so it could be nice after rennovation. Convenient location.

Highly recommendable hotel to stay. Very reasonable price and clean. I love their furnishing especially. The room cleaner and cafe staffs are very friendly and helpful. But one con is like ongoing renovation noise. Love their breakfast also. They serve fresh poori and other variety of India food. They serve very unique local tea and coffees here too! Add on: they are just next to Mcdonald and cinema. Two Supermarket, bazaar and food hall. One mall with a few restaurant which are quite reasonable and tasty.

If you plan to have a rest don't stay here! They are currently renovating the place. So much noise! Drilling and hammering non stop. If there is so much work to be done, they should close the whole place down until all renovation is completed. Really not fair for us to be paying for such conditions. Rooms are really small. Not 5star quality. Pool looks so dirty and they close it at 6pm. Jacuzzi is closed. Towels old and stained. For the price, stay somewhere else. The good: Breakfast was beautiful delicious. Rooms are new. Sheets are clean. Staffs are great and helpful. Some error in the bookings, not sure who's mistake. But it was frustrating to be checking in at 12am and be told that they do not have the room for us. Front desk was helpful but so difficult to communicate. Keep cutting me off when I try to answer his questions. Keep telling us that even if this got sorted out there will be no room for us because they are fully booked for the night. We are part of a group booking. So when we also found out others that are coming in on the same night do not have their rooms. After sorting out our room, we keep reminding them that there are 2 coming after us that will be checking in on the same night which they also do not have a record of. They say ok to us but did nothing. So our friends also have to go through the same ordeal as we did at 3am! This is just 1st day out of 7days we will be staying here. Really disappointed!

Horrible customer service. Overcharged me and said they were not authorized to change it. In other words they wanted me to pay more than I was supposed to because of there mistake. Interesting concept and way to run a business. Had to argue with them to get the issue fixed. Then miraculously it was fixable. In other words they could not be bothered to try and fix the issue and find a solution. Still left a very bad taste in my mouth though and confused as to why a customer would be treated this way.

A very pleasant hotel. The staff is warm and welcoming. Food is great. I was just there for a couple of hours attending a professional event so I can't comment on the rooms and the other details. All I can say is that the service is great from the little interactions I had with the staff.

Truly the worst Hyatt property in the world. One wonders how the Hyatt management allow this property to be branded as a Hyatt. The staff are untrained, do not care for the customers. The rooms are old, worn out, plug points don't work, the air conditioning is set at one temperature, the furniture is dirty and there is a makeshift lobby on the fourth floor. The corridors are dark and dingy, and the cleanliness standards are appalling. The senior managers are not accessible and the rest on duty just do not seem to have a care for customer needs. The Hyatt management should be ashamed of themselves for permitting such a shoddy property to be carrying the reputed brand Hyatt. Recommended that this hotel is ignored by loyal Hyatt customers. Forgettable experience! Filthy and dirty place.

This was my first time staying at a 5 star hotel in Bangalore. And it probably does not set the bar among premium hotels but the friendly staff make the experience a premium experience. And it's the people that make a hotel worth it or not. Everything else is a bonus in my opinion. The food was very nice as well and the room was kept in good condition.

In the heart of Bangalore just in the stretch of M G Road. The place is quiet and cozy. Nice and clean rooms of Hyatt standard. The room we stayed was comparatively smaller with no bath tub. But rest everything was there.

We went to the Hyatt Lido restaurant for a Sunday brunch to celebrate my husband's birthday. I generally select restaurants based on good ambience and Hyatt did not disappoint me at all. It was an awesome experience. The waiters have the most humble behaviour. They ensured that my husband felt special on his birthday by giving us an awesome service. We took the buffet brunch and the food was delicious. The live music was brilliant. The poolside view was amazing. I would recommend booking a poolside table and going for a lunch/brunch if you want to enjoy the view.

I am still staying at Hyatt Bangalore with my family and loving every minute of my stay. Have been liking the every bit of it from room service (specially served spicy chicken tikka masala, Kohzi varta curry) to housekeeping who made my room with attention to my requirements. My most awesome experience is at the breakfast restaurant LIDO which is connected to a swimming pool. Wt a fun having a breakfast at the pool area and enjoying the beautiful view. The fnb staff are attentive and courteous. A special thanks to the food and beverage manager Mr. Sheldon Serrano who is gem. I wish to come back to the hotel soon.

The hotel was very nice, small but very well appointed room with an excellent view of the city, and the staff very attentive. Breakfast was fabulous and they did a take away breakfast for me to eat in the taxi as I had an early morning flight. The only thing I didn't like was that the roof bar was playing pumping music way too loud.

The hotel as a whole is good. But don't expect very high standard as the property is bit small. And so the rooms are also pretty small. Pool side restaurant, Gym, swimming pool, steam bath, Sauna … are excellent. The restaurant is also adjoining the pool and in a appreciable atmosphere. Not recommended to family with more than one or max two kids.

From the outside, it is not easy to notice this hotel, perhaps due to the Lido Mall which is right next to it. However, the interiors of this hotel are perhaps the most attractive part. The hotel staff are courteous, and they help you out with any queries with a smile. :)

The Hyatt Hotel is one of the Best Hotel I ever been. Specially the Staff… Mis. Viashali and all other Colleagues. The Manager Mr. SID He is also a great person. Once you reach the Hotel then you really feel like you are in Heaven. Try once. Adil Germany.

The buffet spread is pretty disappointing. I was hoping for a luxurious brunch spread but was not too impressed. They could have had a better variety for the money you spend. The staff is courteous. They had a band playing and they were good so they was the highlight of my brunch.

I had a great 10 day stay in February. My room was clean and well appointed. The staff were typically hospitable for Hyatt. The breakfast was excellent every day and the few room service meals I had were great. I'll definitely stay again.

Good amount of service (not overly suffocating like in Taj). Wi-Fi is fantastic. Close to malls. Good for business trip.

Internet is not included (silly for a luxury hotel in the middle of India's "silicone valley" and an international IT capital) and is over $12/ day. Breakfast is nice but I got food poisoning from the bacon. DONT do laundry. We inadvertently spent over $100 on one load of laundry as each piece was charged individually. Service was great and everyone went above and beyond to make things better, but this hotel seemed full of traps to take exorbitant amounts of money at every turn.
