The service and stay was amazing. The check-in process was smooth and the room alloted was clean and maintained up to Bloom Hotel standards. A special mention to Mr. Arvind who ensured my booking, room and amenities were in place. My only concern would be the 4th floor Cafe which was a complete disappointment. The complimentary breakfast was not good and pricing was too much (literally paid 223 for a plate of curd rice! ) A better combination would be to take up a room without breakfast and enjoy a good meal at MTR which is located just next door. Overall an impressive, comfortable and good stay at this property.

Excellent value for price. The hotel is next to a mall and very close to KEA. Hotel cleanliness and facilities are decent while the staff are incredibly helpful. Overall a very nice experience. Would recommend this to anyone.

Excellent Location. You walk 300meters, you are in a mall with attached Metro station. Room cleanliness is just fine. Sheets were dirty second time they changed. I had to request for a change again. Breakfast menu is really limited.

I stayed at Bloom Boutique for 4 days and had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spick and span and well maintained.

This hotel will treat you like cattle. From the moment we checked in, the whole experience was one pain after another. Smelly room. Threadbare towels. Not even a glass to sip water. Toilet roll with 1/4 inch left. No sleep because the elevator noise is intolerably loud. Room safe broke down and had to be broken into manually. No access to our money and passports. The electronic door entry broke down in the evening. No access to our room. Entire entry system had to be replaced. The hotel manager was completely unresponsive. No apologies, just excuse after excuse about how it "wasn't their fault. " This from a $60 per night hotel — not a $15 per night youth hostel. Book a room with Bloom Rooms and this is what you can expect.

Cleanliness and self service.

I had a pleasant stay there. It's easily accessible in the city of bangalore. It provides its customers with all the basic amenities. The rooms are small. It has a restaurant named MTR attached to it which provides tasty South Indian dishes.

The only advantage is the location and the staffs are friendly enough. They go for extra mile to keep customer satisfied. The break fast was not taken as it had very limited options. Its better to with MTR which is in the same premises. The property was retro fitted. The only thing which made the stay uncomfortable was the location of bed. It was possitioned 45 degree cross and gives some visual illusions. For the price charged you can look for some better optiins.

Amazing Experience, Good House keeping, Clean rooms and washrooms, Good Hospitality. Over all a great and comfortable stay. Good vicinity — Close to a Mall, 10 minutes from Main Railway Station.

A good and decent lodge and in a perfect location. The price to service/location is pretty good.

Decent budget accommodation. Very close to main city bus stand. Walkable distance from mantri metro station. Once the green metro line opens accessibility to city will be very good. Watch for check out time it is 11am. That don't extend usually. Staff is friendly.

The USP of the place is it's location, at walkable distance from malleshwaram Metro station. The place is also surrounded by some of the popular food joints. The rooms in the hotel are okay and is value for money.

Had issues with the first room they gave us. The second room was much better and a lot more spacious. Service can be improved though. However, a decent place to stay.

Very Bad experience compared to cost of hotel. 1. Rooms are less spacious. 2. Bed size is also small 3. Toilet are very dirty & leakages all around. 4. No proper hot water facilities. 5. No toiletries are provided need to be separately requested. 6. Breakfast from hotel restaurant do not provide much option. Very limited menu. 7. Only good thing is Wi-Fi service. It had a good speed.

The best thing about this hotel is their staff. Frequent visitor also get a fancy discount :)
