Helpful and warm staff. Stayed here for a week with my family. Room service is good. Bathrooms could have been better designed though.

Location is good, easy to locate. Rooms are really good with updated security locks. It was very neat and clean.

Very good hotel. Very Near to CABS and in proximity of HAL Airport. Breakfast is also provided and is great.

Wonderful and Peaceful ambiance. The hotel is overall clean, rooms are spacious and warm. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The food is good. Overall its a good hotel to stay in on Business and Leisure visits.

Get the phone no of reception, kitchen when you take room. Or you have to walk in to contact them. Tea/ coffee supplied with sugar and extra sugar provided. Sugarless takers PL order without compulsorily. No hot water supply for early morning leavers.

Rooms are fine quiet expensive but service is good.

Economical, but if there is no budget crunch, better go for a better choices. Rooms could be more cleaner.

Good place, but be careful about telephonic booking. I booked over telephone for three rooms for we three people. They confirmed it one week before the stay. When we reached there, they told that they can give only one room in which they can put three beds. We were in trouble as we had made any alternate arrangement. Finally after arguing a lot, we were offered a suite room at high rate. The restaurant there is good. Given time, they will serve tasty food. The ambience is not that great but not bad and better than some of the nearby hotels.

Good hotel. Value for money. Need to improve little more.

Too costly … Doesn't deserve for the room charges.

Ok types… main problem is commuting from the place.

Staff is generous… Service is swift… Most important — bathroom is clean… Only con is location… May it be on the main road.
