Clean & Tidy Room & Toilet, Location is good, Excellent ambience, Very Helpful staff. One of my suggestion is to add more variety in breakfast buffet.

Business hotel on SC Road at crossroads of Race Course Road. Walking distance from majestic bus stand. Clean Large Rooms. Good ambience. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and dining options.

Food is good. Staff are cordial and helpful. No paper napkins in the room or paper roll in the toilet. Bed lenin is not changed dialy. There is no inside sheet for the quilt. No crisp towels. No hand towels. No place to keep soap etc in the bath area. Plates were kept outside as they were not pickedup by room service from room. Poor/no lighting in the corridor.

The hotel is well maintained and centrally located. The staff is very helpful and polite. The restaurant is great.

We went for lunch buffet in JP Cordial. The spread is very limited especially for non-vegetarians. The welcome drink was good. The behavior of the staff was very cordial. The ambience is ok. Would be better if they review their menu items and accommodate few more dishes.

One of the best services available, rooms are absolute clean and well maintained. Food is awesome, offers variety of dishes in breakfast as well as meals. Management is nice and welcoming, understand your priorities and offers flexible options. Let's you to accommodate complimentary in case there is waiting period for the flights. Offered me some good time to rest in the evening before my flight. I would definitely stay here if I visit Bangalore again.

As I've work near railway station area I've selected this hotel after searching on Google and Trip Advisor. Booking a room was not a good experience as lady on the phone informed me that All Sales Team is in the meeting so she can't offer me good tariff. There was warmth in the welcome. A guy at front desk handed me a letter which I care damn as I was tired. Room was spacious but sans basic standard amenities like hand towel and toiletries. Though hotel do provided all these after I asked for. But when you pay ₹4000 you have some expectation which I find not got fulfilled. There was no mini bar and no guest stationary. Even room service menu was missing in my room. Sound insulation was not at all good as you can hear voices of anyone passing outside your room. As this hotel is near the railway station there is continuous huge traffic and sound insulation becomes must. Food is very expensive. For letter they handed over to me (picture attached) even before Check-in, I already got hint what can be written inside. It was not at all a welcome letter but 'Dos & Don'ts' decided by this hotel (sic) : 1) You can't wear night dress/ shorts in the restaurant 2) Management will be not responsible for loss of valuables 'not kept in safe' 3) Outside food and drink not allowed WTF! I have my own take on it. 1) After strenuous day you want to relax and have your food. But this hotel wants you to again wear 'formals' and go to restaurant.

JP cordial situated at heart (centre) of city near majestic and the rooms are good to stay but no other activities, the buffet not so got but ok for travellers with stress and hunger to satisfy.

Nice place its near the main junction between main railway station and bus stand, the staffs are friendly, even though its in the main busy area its quite inside the hotel without any disturbances.

Not well maintained … Thought that this is part of ITC fortune but they are not… The quality of food was not great… Overall an OK type experience.

Good ambience and courteous staff. Close proximity to Majestic station and bus depot is another advantage. However, the main road just outside the hotel is packed with traffic and badly in need of repairs…

We book in Little app with offer and we went 5 people and we enjoyed alot there had a lovely feast over there mainly FISH dishes are awesome and else can rate for 3.5 or 4 out of 5

I come here often for the wonderful starters they have in the buffet menu. The location is very easy to find. The food is awesome. I recommend this place for every food junkies.

Good mid segment business class hotel close to railway station and central bus depot. Has all basic amenities for travellers. Located in conjusted area and in midst of heavy traffic.

Amazing staff. Very obedient, pleasure to be around. Rooms are top condition, AC, excellent cleaning staff and room service. Restaurant/Bar downstairs is first class. I would have given 5 stars if the water was hot, but unfortunately the water was cold. Other than that I would defiantly come back.

Worst place in my life To have dinner there. Wasted money. No Good service… Even we felt very bore, felt like we didnt go to have dinner there. Just To see service peoples fighting in hall. They were not ready To supply anything To coustmer. Busy in fighting with colleges almost waited for 2 hours just To get 1 cup soups. Very worst feelings… That too with my family that day slept without dinner…

Good hotel but food at hotel for vegetarians very low choice. They even do not offer Umbrella if it is raining outside to guests. Took car at Hotel, rates were good, driver good but quality was not good.

Staffs are really good offer to get better rates, I got all things needed and quickly by the hotel staff. Room was also good and clean without any smell. I have no issues to report, I would highly recommend this hotel for stay.

The place was pretty good. Comfy and clean and great environment, but the food tasted okay, not that great. There was a great diversity of food, still the taste was okay, at least for the buffet.

Nice three star hotel in Gandhi Nagar, Bangalore. It is exactly near private bus stop. The breakfast offered is good. You get better rates if you search online through portal. There are tens of restaurants near this property.

Nice hotel, but service should improve, veg and non-veg should label the symbol green or red.
So many times should ask for water, still some things shd happen then only they will takecare.

Premium business class hotel with high quality rooms. Lot of in room amenities provided for guests. Easily accessible from the main road. Good service available.

We feel a little awkward when nonveg is beside veg
I am giving these suggestions to which ever restaurant I go
And many have definitely done the changes
You don't have to spend or work more for these
But it gives a good impression for people like me.

Worst hotel and food I have ever seen. I visited the hotel on 2nd august 2017 and faced lot of problem and rude behaviour from staff. My only mistake is to question about outdated tomato sauce/ketchup supplied by them. I vacated the room in the evening. I will upload the photo clearly indicating the expiry date. Already complained to food inspector. Let us see the result. But it is not expected from a group like JP.

Good hotel stay with very good restaurant. Room service & laundry service available here. Free Wi-Fi and computer usage is free of cost. Good place to stay in. I have been for a month here.

Business hotel on budget. Well, at least used to be. As far as my stay is concerned, I loved the stay in this hotel. It's very near to lot of important places being at the centre of Bangalore. The restaurant is really great. There are really dedicated chefs and waiters who are happy to serve you. I usually prefer to stay at this hotel everytime I'm in Bangalore. The staff is really friendly and will help you if it's your first time in Bangalore. Suggestion: Try booking this hotel from their official webpage, you may get great discounts. :)

Rooms are clean and food is good. They provide complimentary breakfast. Car parking and free Wi-Fi available. Staff are caring and courteous. Buffet dinner was really good. We have booked accommodation a no. Of times and always got very good service.

Looks are wonderful. Rooms interior are not comparable according to value of hotel. I had two rooms. Washrooms were below mark. Even after room service, beneath the beds were not clean. It has full Wi-Fi capacity and with nice speed. Breakfast was awesome.

The location of hotel is very good near Anand Rao Circle Bangalore, easy to reach Majestic Bus Stop and railway station. The entrance and interior is very beautifully. Hotel rooms and other facilities in rooms such as hot water, bathrooms, electronic equipments was very good, breakfast and other food was very excellent and also it feels very comfortable. Staff members are not active otherwise every thing is good. In hotel Amenities they provide free Wi-Fi but it not work. Basement parking facility.

The staff is very rude. Nobody came to help us with our luggage when we checked in. They didn't allow our guest to even use the washroom saying that it is their property and they can choose to have any policy they wish. So, we checked out late night only and didn't want to stay here even for a single minute more. I don't recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. The staff including the manager and GM are extremely rude.
