Awesome! 5* best place. …

Please read the review before you visit the restaurant… The food was worse, the staff is worse, the ambience is worse, the starter is worse and thank God they had only one starter as they all would be worse, the main course was a disaster, the desserts are so ill arranged and food was arranged randomly, you have to search like a kid wandering around. The one star goes to the fish curry which saved my day as there was nothing to fill my appetite except it. At last don't waste your time and money in such a ill managed restaurant. You guys suck, hope you learn from feedback or hire a professional who can help your business grow.

Actually we went there for team buffet around 100+ corporate people, I have never seen such irritating menu and foods tastes are average. They don't have enough space to accommodate the people. Finally we regret why did we choose this.

This is my first visit to this hotel for a week stay… Out of 5* I can give 4* for their services and courtesy to the customers. The food was awesome, it has a small gym and a 5 feet depth mini pool. Totally my stay was pleasant. I would like to visit again if I come to Banglore again.

The stay was very good and food quality was also great. The more important thing is that, the staff here are so humble, which makes you to feel homeliness. The boys serving at dinner hall are highly courteous and always attended with smile on their face. The rooms are well maintained and always stocked with necessary refreshments. The general atmosphere in the hotel is pretty quiet and decent. Thanks a lot and good luck.

They dont have sense to behave with their customers. High rate. If you get discount from online they dont accept even if it meets their Terms & conditions.

The restaurant is decent, nothing fancy. Sky bar at top has a good and refreshing feel to it. Quite unprepared though when it comes to rains. Also the service is outrageously slow.

Went there as team lunch (due to budget constraint), food was not upto mark. Went there for new year — worst party ever. Went few days back — again worst food. Staff don't behave properly. Managers acts like they own the hotel. Bad experience. It's like month on month the quality is getting worse.

Ambient place, well trained staff who are courteous to help you with express check in and check out close proximity to many IT companies and businesses. Great for a weekend leisure of spa, dining and/or liquor. Quality rooms with amenities. And definition value for money.

Both restaurants, 1st floor and rooftop are good. Along with colleagues, I am frequent visitor of this place. Good value for money too!

Nice place for the get together. Swimming pool available. Had team lunch with HP colleagues. Superb. Lunch Buffet can be with more options.

Stayed around 20 days here… Worst internet / Wi-Fi service, didn't worked even after several complaints. Food below average. Unprofessional staff — It seems they take customer concerns casually.

I was visiting on business. To my pleasant surprise, my Club Room booking was upgraded to a Suite. It was a most enjoyable 2 nights stay. The suite is nicely furnished and so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again, and will book a suite next time, because it is really good value. The staff are very professional, courteous and attentive. They have been truly helpful with my transfer requests and business needs. Special thanks to Ashfiya and Sumesh for all their assistance and attention during my stay. :)

Comfortable hotels in Bangalore, Karnataka…

I don't like this hotel. Internet was not working at all during my stay, even after complaining several times no action was taken.

I did not at all have delightful experience in the hotel. The exterior of the hotel looks okay. The service was poor. The distance from the airport is long but if you want to stay in that area then visit svenska design hotels just 2 mins drive from there. You will haveba delightful experience.

I stayed here more than twice. Both times, I realized that this place is not a comfortable place to stay for Corporate People. First time, Hotel charged me for the snacks that I did not consume in the Room. When I noticed it and told them firmly, then they revised the bill. Second time, at night 10pm I booked a cab to from the hotel. I was also checking out. The front office executive organized and fixed a price. This happened two hours ago. When I approached the reception, they informed me a different price which was not promised. Finally I have to walk all the way from the hotel to the nearest bus stand. This place is not worth for the money.

I have stayed at this hotel for more than 1 month for a business project. Just one BIG complaint that I have bounced with the hotel management at least 15 times and they are not ready to budge. The food at the buffet is not SAFE. Since most of their buffet customers are nearby corporate, they do not get to see how left-overs from the lunch is served in dinner and from the dinner is served in breakfast. I was appalled when the managers openly admitted to this without any regret.
