Service and food are very good. Caring of guests round the clock is fantastic. Swimming pool, gym and spa are maintained so well. its a memorable anniversary… they did as I asked… leave us alone… they left. Give us some entertainment… they are there. don't miss Sundays brunch… I would like to be there again after sometime.

Excellent Service by Vizag Marriott.

Food was suboptimal and service was very poor. Guests had to wait for 20-25 minutes, each, to get a second serving.

Nice atmosphere friendly tasty food specially paratha veg preparation very nice enjoyed dinner.

Best service ever — of all the hotels I have stayed in, including many more expensive hotels, this is one of the best service I have had anywhere. The duty manager e-mailed me the day before to ask for my preferences, I was upgraded to a nicer room, they gave me welcome snacks and desserts. I also was given complimentary beer during dinner. They assigned a staff member as my main point of contact for anything. And on my checkout day, the breakfast crew bid me farewell with chocolate on stone! I will definitely be back.

Went there after 11 pm for their midnight menu! ordered Biriyani! exceptionally disappointing! its no where near to hyderabadi dum biriyani! chicken pieces were not at all tender and didn't look fresh to me! please search for better options if u want to dine out!

The atmosphere was fantasric, the staff was really courteous. Good food.

Only thing is water pressure at times very low which led to either no water or very hot water being dispensed in the middle of a shower. Also no single bed in twin sharing room resulting in having to share a queen's bed. When sleeping quite afraid to disturb the other room mate so will have to turn very gently.

The place has limited options in menu. However the staff makes all effort to satiate your taste buds. Overall… The ambience is good. However. The menu needs to be more comprehensive.

We stayed in the hotel for 6 days during our visit from US. It was an amazing experience. The workers are very courteous and helpful. Recommend this hotel to others for the excellent services and tasty food. If we come back to Vishakapatnam, we will definitely chose this place. Thanks to the owners and management.

We were at their restaurant that was called Amravathi express. We were in a rush to catch a flight and stopped for a quick bite and a cup of coffee. At around 5 in the evening, the only 2 food items that they could quickly prepare were the Corn fritters and sandwiches. Corn fritters was a bit on the spicy side, but tasted real good. Coffee too was good and served in quick time. Will check out the menu next time I am there.

Went for lunch. Food was wonderful. Great tastes and good menu. And Desserts good. Great service. Theme of the restaurant was amaravati express with station names inside.

Brand new hotel, located on highway, good place for stoper, wash rooms, and lunch. Limited staff services. Everything is from reception. Roof top panoramic views. Spencer shopping below. Hotel has bar and good cafeteria. Recommend.

I have booked this hotel for 2 nights. I must say the staff is so welcoming and courteous like i've ever seen. Rooms are pretty good and clean, breakfast and the evening lounge was more than satisfactory. Would love to check in to this hotel when I visit vizag again. One thing they can improve is the food menu in the restaurant. I feel not many options available.

A clean, convenient, new hotel with staff that make the difference. They remember your preferences and also go out of their way to make you feel at home. My colleague wanted some chocolate ice cream that was not available at that point in time. Venkatesh at the restaurant said that he would personally ensure its availability the next day — for which he did. The hotel is close to the airport — about 10min away. There is a supermarket below the hotel. Rooms are clean.

Beautiful hotel and great people there to serve you… Food is good and really liked the Chilly Fish and mocktail.
Looked like cleanliness and best service is the Mantra of Marriott. Would definitely recommend my folks to come here!

The staff is very rude if u complain about their services. New year passes were overpriced for very bad party. Food was pathetic and it was over crowded. People were mis sold the tickets with wrong information. From the sales department till the general manager all were rude and arrogant. Only one lady and one security in charge had manners to apologise and give atleast 50% solution to the bad situation they kept us in… I m never ever going to visit this place and would highly recommend friends not to visit this place… Dear staff: learn some customer service you are successfully spoiling a good brand name.

Came with high hopes to try there buffet and a all cart food. Frankly speaking the food tastes same for everything that was served. Quality is bad and majorly disappointed with the food. Hope they live to there brand name. I paid 7000 rupees I did not find worth for my money.
Barbeque nation is more worth.

One of the best buffet lunch I ever had in my life. Almost spend 3.30 hours in restaurant. They will maintain hygiene environment, food is so delicious. Very first hotel I saw which serves dry fruits, apples in buffet. All food items were too good. For 649 (Including taxes) buffet lunch is more than Worth it.
