Not at all what you expect. My experience says, the reviews are not honest. I had pre-booked for 4 nights. The Wi-Fi didn't work for any of the nights. After 2 nights I stopped requesting for it. There was no hot water in the bathroom. 2 lights in the room were not working. The AC was either too cold or warm. I managed with the fan. And all of this was happening in one of their premium rooms! They food options are limited, Indian and South Indian version of Chinese which are just edible. Also, these are not available after 10 or 10:30 pm and they don't allow outside food. So prepare to starve yourself if you feel hungry at midnight. These are enough to spoil your vacation. I had also asked, the night before checking out, to keep my bills ready. But it wasn't. I got 30mins delayed for my flight. Overall, thoroughly unprofessional.

4night stayed. Receptionists polite. Staffs were cordial. Prominent location. Only the rooms are not comfortable enough. Service availablity 24*7. Thumbs up.

Located on Dabagardens Main Road (old PEN School building, opposite to Sweet India) which is one of the main commercial areas of Visakhapatnam. OK for business visits. Car Parking, Gym available. Restaurant is on the Terrace, Food is average but the rates are very high. About 3 KM to Train Station. About 1 KM to Bus Station. About 15 KM to Airport. About 2 KM to Beach.

Nice hospitality. Clean rooms. They served briyani when asked even after 11 pm. I would recommend this place anyday.

Not a great place. Staff are okay. Breakfast is average. Rooms are conjusted and everything happening in the hallway can be heard loudly inside to rooms. Too noisy during the night.

On the main road. Nice place to stay. Reasonable pricing. But Google maps takes to back side of building. They should fix it on maps immediately to avoid find building n quick check-in issue.

One of the Recommended Hotels to stay in Vizag, with All Room Amenities. Rooms Ambience and Architecture is very good. Located Centrally to City, number city buses go through just behind the bus stop. But Outside Food and Beverages not Allowed, you can go to near by restaurants good food avaliable in the locality.

Took executive suite and double bed. 2 nights. Bedbugs. No bedsheet and pillow for extra bed. Another extra bed not available. Newly Untrained room service boy. Bathroom ultra slippery. Clean but poorly washed leading to oily tiles. No doormat out of bathroom. Supposed to slip in room as well with those ultra slippery tiles. Poor Old AC, no airflow and slow cooling. Room service not available as the person went home due to his timings! Slow billing, even after 1 hour prior intimation to reception. I think very few staff available. Poor lightning near mirror for grooming People smoking in room in same floor & in lift. Some bug-spray is sprayed in corridors to prevent insects/mosquitos. It's a "business class" hotel, yep good way to make from guests Complementary food was good, many varieties, bread butter jam toast, got hot dosas, puri, vada and has fruit juice, chocos, corn flakes, milk, tea, you name it. Samb and ar not that good. Nice underground parking. I would definitely not recommended this hotel.

Rooms are very small and costly for that room space. Bed not comfortable and bed bugs are found. Still rooms can be more clean.

Nice place to stay rooms are a bit small but comfortable and food is not up to the mark but still you can stay for 3 to 4 days with affordable price.

Located in prime location, easy to locate, Staff are well trained, Three types of rooms available, If you are travelling alone and for over night stay you can select bussiness room or else go for next level room, business room is very small and conjusted. Room service is good food prices are very reasonable, taste is good, small restaurant on the roof top, No bar but serves only beer.

Hotel is good. But late lunch and dinner not available here. Outside food also not allowed. It is disappointing that after roaming around on personal/ work, looking at them with hungry face. Even if we request also, they will argue and not give food. And they will not inform you about non availability of late lunch and dinner.

Rooms are neat and clean, but bathroom tiny. Staff is courteous, professional, helpful and was cooperative with late check in and holding bag for extra hours post check out. Breakfast options are limited, could have been better. Located near RTC and behind a bus stop in the busy area makes it easily accessible.

I am a travel agent, recently have sent my guests to the hotel and they were extremely happy about the hotel right from the reception team, food was delicious with vast menu and clean and hygiene rooms. Keep it up team encore inn.

Very good place. But service is not good. Had to wait for 2 hours for having a room. Also far from beach.

I have visited many hotels in visakhapatnam but this is the only one from which I was really impressed. Beautiful room it had. Food was good and staff were cooperative. Apart from all this the location is also easy to reach. Everything else was superb.

It is located very near to both busstop n railway station. Hotel is very tidy. Service is very good. Moderate price for the rooms. There is a Rtc busstop exactly opposite to this hotel, which makes it very convenient to travel to n fro from here. For the past 5 yes, whenever I went to vizag, I stayed in this hotel only.

Good stay, ambience was good, staff behavior is good, But need to take a step ahead as Executive Room which I was book was good but housekeeping needs to clean up and check washrooms little more clean. Else better place to stay.

Such a bad experience ever, bad environment, bathroom was not cleaned, bed and badsheet were in ridiculous. Room Service is very bad, very very slow response. I will never visit again and suggest no one should visit to such poor place. Don't know how Make My Trip tie up with such hotel. Not cost worthy. I have lost my money hiring such kind of hotel.

The rooms are good. Neatly managed. The location of the hotel is in the midst of the city and nearer to all shopping centres, movie theaters and restaurants. However the parking facility is not so good. It can hold a maximum of 6 cars.

A nice place at a central location. If you are on business visit, this is a great place to stay. Staff is friendly. Visakhapatnam beach is not far away. 1 star has been deducted because even with an advance booking, they didn't have the room ready and we had to wait for some time before we were allotted the rooms.

I am writing review on banquet hall of encore inn. Ambience is good, well designed but very poor service due to inefficient staff at front office. The Manager-Marketing section who takes care of banquet hall has no minimum knowledge of anything there. We have celebrated birthday party there few days back and observed a worst experience from the staff. We were assured to have menu ready by 7.30 pm but it was arranged after 8.30 pm. They even do not know how to arrange the menu items in order and poor at serving the items. Few of the items were missed in the menu. The staff are very ignorant at any requirement of guests. No one is ready to attend there at stage and very poor response was observed. They have not maintained 3-star hotel level and when we asked to put name board of the baby at lift they just pasted a A4 print on lift door. They have assured to arrange table with cloth for cake but finally they have arranged a normal table with half cut paper spoiling all the ambience on the stage. The worst part is that no one of the staff bothered about these with complete ignorance.

New hotel. Best Wi-Fi connection I have experienced compared to even 5 star hotels. Good budget hotel if you are looking at good place to crash. Food is expensive. Hot location. Has parking accessible to physically dis-abled and access to elevator.

One of the best 3 star hotels in Vizag, receptionist greets you well, the room service is very helpful and prompt, the room is very good and the morning breakfast is also tasty with hot food served. P. S — Wi-Fi speed is quiet fast compared to other hotels and the receptionist provide you the password at the time of check in.

Of Vegetarian dishes to be served in lunch and dinner too… and also serve drinks for children (like Horlicks, bournvita etc. ) during breakfast time… Would like to visit again when at Vizag and recommend…

Very bad service, which I ever met bad rooms, bad hospitality, worst manager.

We were so drained after our trip and this place calmed us all down! The ambience is amazing and the hospitality is great! Mr. Sai Ram and Mr. Kishore were such great help. We have no complaints at all! If I ever go back to Vizag I would go back to stay in this hotel! :)

This Hotel has the best ambience in the 3 star category. It had good rooms and excellent atmosphere. But that does not end here it also had the worst staff. I have been to many hotels which do not have the best of the hospitality but it had good staff who can understand and provide the service to the customer. Here you find the staff who are illiterate & illogical, leave about communicating in English, they could not communicate efficiently and effectively in Telugu also. They are ready to fight and frighten the customer. I suggest think twice before you choose on this.

Such a wonderful hotel to stay, I stayed here for 2 days, The way they treat customers are really good, and especially the restaurant (Mr Govind) staff, He use to confirm the food order, like : less spicy, or less oil, totally wonderful experience with the hotel, and special thanks to Mr Govind for such a hygienic food.

Excellent hotel. Can stay with friends, family, solo etc. All the amenities which are mentioned were provided on time and were pretty good. The bed is great to sleep or relax. The rooms were a tad bit small but not clumsy. The ambiance of the rooms were excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No in house restaurant but can order room service, which is quick and the food was great. Very near to the shopping malls, RTC complex, beach etc. A special mention to the manager and male receptionist who were great in helping us to pick nice locations in and around the city to travel within our budget. Loved staying here and will again.

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. All the amenities were pretty good especially Wi-Fi. Services were very amicable. Overall I loved the stay here and would recommended anyone.
