Hotel was hotel. Food was average. It’s better to take lunch and dinner at nearby Sarvana bhawan.

Beautiful hotel. Newly constructed. Little High budget. User friendly… Have to think about budget…

Complimentary breakfast is quite bad and useless… Room service guys are arrogant and wont respond. Dont waste your money on this hopeless hotel.

Bed bugs in the bed. The hotel in general is fine tidy and clean when you enter but the room service is not upto the mark people forget to come to clean your room, you have remind them to do so. There were bugs on my bed and after a phone call in the early morning hours, two gentleman tuned up to swap bed covers but overall bad experience in the nights sleep. This place can be much better if they focus on regular maintainance part.

Well managed hotel that gives full value for money. Rooms, toilets are clean and tidy with proper exhaust system. Bed sheets, towels are well sanitized and perfumed. Polite staff, excellent room service. We can reach hotel via bypass road from airport, avoiding city traffic. It is very near to Alipiri, the entry point of Tirumala.

A good and pleasant place for dining. Good ambience. Don't know about the normal dining. But buffet was average.

One of d good hotels from keys group. Good hospitality… easy to locate. With spacious parking n everything nearby.

Can visit kapilteertham temple. Walkable distance from hotel. Very good shiva temple where you can find peace of mind. You can get the beat view of hills and in rainy seasons, such an amazing waterfalls. Speechless.

Costly area to visit. I visited this place for a social event which is inter school competition. For such occasions this space is very conjusted. Food and beverages are costly. In and out vehicle parking is comfortable. Nice place for arrange parities like birthday party for 300 members.

Keys hotel is very good looking, very hygeine and very costly too, its maintaining so good well maintained, food is ok and costly.

Taste of the food is good and value for money.

Regular visit for lunch only. Food was very tasty. Little expensive. But very good. Service slow.

It was a good experience in this hotel. I still think there is an ample of scope for improvement. Anyways I will rate it better than most of the hotels in Tirupati.

An average and decent hotels located in between Kapila theertham and Central bus stand. Rooms are clean and it offers budget accommodation. Offers free Wi-Fi and breakfast to all. Breakfast was good.

Not so better restaurant. Service is worst. They are yet to establish. If they have any functions going on then they will leave about restaurant. We are very disappointed about service and food quality.

The Hotel is on the main road. The hotel has contenental breakfast facility. The parking place is available, tariff is moderate it is safe place for kids. This is a three star rating hotel.

Hotel and all is good with perfect maintenance but the food taste was not good and they will not give the excess food which we have ordered as parcel.

Noice pollution because of road junction. 3. Availability of food items is limited. (When compared to general hotel menu)

Rooms and service are good but not up to the mark.

I had booked two rooms for my family for 25 october 15 through Make my trip at a good discount. The rooms and the bath were clean and of expected quality. In one of the rooms the bed linen had not been changed after the last guest had left, which was changed after request. Food was excellent and staff was courteous. Wifi was good. Location of the hotel is a plus point as it is located on the main road entering Tirupati and very near to the point from where the climb to Tirumala starts. The hotel has a 24 hrs checkout which suited me well as I had checked in at 8pm after darshan at Kalahasti temple nearby and needed the room till evening of next day as the darshan at Tirumala were scheduled for around noon. Overall an excellent hotel which I would not hesitate to stay in a second time.
