Hotel was good. Ambiance of hotel rooms are good. But room service little bit slow.

They don’t even deserve this one star. Worst hotel and worst experience ever. The rooms are not clean and the bathrooms are pathetic. The beds are disusting and so are the blankets. They are not washed/cleaned at all. The management is worst here. Room tarrif shows 1500 but they took 2000 and not ready to give the bill. Please be aware and DONOT book a room in this hotel.

Great rooms n hospitality. The cost is little bit high but for good family time it's the best place.

Very nice budget hotel. The rooms are clean and ambience is nice. Located very near to bus stand and taxi stand. No restaurant in the hotel so arrange your food yourself. A good option may be the Hotel Saranava bhawan 5 minutes walk from here.

Though from outside, the hotel doesn't look so great and appealing, but the rooms are really really great. Very clean. Room boys are responsive. 1500 Rs for AC room is very cheap. Also it is in the lane right opposite to Srinivasam Complex.

Very near to the Bus station. Room are okay. But, getting hot water is difficult here. Only particular hours you will get the hot water. If you are taking kids, then plan your stay accordingly. Staffs are helpful.

No restaurant and huge language barrier. Staff is not cooperative.

Avoid this place room is small in a crowded lane. AC shut down at night 2 AM and staff is average at best.

This hotel came in my radar for their 24hrs checkout facility. The rooms are clean and spacious. The rates are also very reasonable for 24hrs checkout as it is really hard to find 24hrs hotel in Tirupati at this price. Good choice for stay and move.

3.5 may be. Average hotel. But does the job just enough! Many TV channels were not working. Hot water is a problem. No lift for 5th floor. When tried booking via go ibibo he informed me check in time is 12 pm but if I book directly I can check-in anytime. Didn't understood this bit though. But this hotel is very near to bus stand, so connectivity is not an issue at all.

Very nice and comfortable hotel posh and neatly maintained vl recommend it for TIRUPATI piligrims and it's very nearby to bus stand.

Hospitality is okay! Good rooms! A little difficult to notice from main road!

Simple and Reasonable cost for the rooms. Rooms are maintained cleanly. But, we need to go outside for having Breakfast/Lunch/Supper.

No lift to fifth floor and No hot water… bathrooms are worst… there is no lock from inside and outside… and not repaired after complaining also…

This hotel is a very nice place to stay if you are planing to visit tirupati or nearby temples. Staff is very cooperative. Rooms are very nice and specious, just need to take care of bedsheets by the hotel management's (it should be clean). Food was good specially dal was tempting. Need to manage a proper dining area. This hotel is only 15 minutes away from the renigunta station and 10 minutes from tirupati railway station by car.

Decent hotel nice as shown in pic. But when I went there there was no internet over Wi-Fi. Also room boys demand money when we checked out which I never liked. Rest is good.

Very good hotel, with clean and swift room services, I have booked thru oyo. Location is very accessible to all imp places and lot of option for eateries. Could improve on overall maintanence and parking. Enjoyed my stay there with my family.

Decent for a night stay… Needs better maintenance… Caught in the bathroom in night when automatic lock failed… lucky I had the cell phone… Keeper disabled the lock in the end… Not sure if they were inclined to fix the stench in the corridor… Won't mind for a quick night stay on a busy day again…

Hotel is located close to central bus stand and opposite Srinivasam. Decent rooms for stay with family, but staff behavior should be improved. Basic amenities like hot water etc not provided at times.

Hotel is good, Clean, decent and well maintained. Service is also so nice. Only Car parking is little adjustment, feel uncomfortable, as they have small space down in the hotel (at reception). There is hotel's medium open place beside the hotel to park vehicles (little congested). But they will anyhow arrange you the parking. Rest all are fine. I recommend.

Nest Residency is just a budget hotel in Tirupati. Nothing special to mention apart from it's location near to Bus Stand. The room is clean. However, the bathroom fittings is very old. The toilet hand spray was broken. Towel handler was broken.
