Location and proximity is a plus. I would loved to be there again. Finest dining area with adjacent swimming pool. Gym facility s just too good. Best hotel to check in.

I stayed here for the first time in tirupati. Lovely hotel with good view and nice location. The staff is excellent. Food is good. From the reception desk to the room. Service All. Are v well. Trained people. Excellent team. Would love to visit on my next trip too.

Good place to stay when you are in Tirupati. Little far from the town. However, if you want to stay in a peaceful place, this is one of the best options. What is good — > Ambience, House Keeping, Food in the restaurant Needs improvement — > Some of the staff members are poorly trained. We had a very bad experience with the restaurant staff.

Lives up to its star status… money is I think for premium level that it offers. Wifi in room is decent … added bonus is view of Tirumala hill from swimming and in our case our rooms faced in that direction. We had booked 2 rooms which were connected internally through a door so worked pretty well. Breakfast buffet spread was also quite good.

It was good value for money stay. We drove by car so all facilities were nearby. Children's enjoyed in the park beside. Swimming pool is good.

Very good place to stay. Attached pool runs 7am to 7pm. Swim wear available for rent for ₹ 100. Nice spa and gym are there. Tasty food. Staff are somewhat less courteous.

Upscale location. 3 start hotel with all the amenities. Highly recommended for Someone looking for a luxury stay in Tirupati. They also offer tours offering visit to local artisan villages.

Nice place for a weekend stay. The rooms are spacious (standard) and clean. Staff is courteous but seemed like they are stressed. There communication was limited to what we needed at the moment. The check in and check out process had no hassles. The breakfast spread was good.

Good Quality Rooms for economical Price, Excellent food quality and taste. Pleasant ambience. Good quality service with polite staff. In room dining service is not so quick. Location is around the 16km from Tirupati Airport and it takes around 20 to 25 min to reach from Airport.

1 praise and 1 warning. Superb location and facilities. Courteous n helpful staff. Royal stay indeed. But avoid the BP petrol bunk next to it at any cost. Filled with cheats and substandard fuel.

Nice hotel with courteous staffs! But felt like it was a 3 star hotel with small bathrooms and no ironing facility. They may have laundry but may not be free. Ordered 2 Tea and 1 milk and it costed 370/-, which seemed high. Room that we booked actually costs 4500/ — upwards which is costly in terms of size and facilities we got but since we got good discount via online booking we didn’t bother much. Cups had stains, and in-room tea and coffee making was mediocre. Okay to stay for a day or 2. Both Dinner and buffet breakfast were good!

Excellent Hotel for stay, food and unwind. We stayed for a day and a night. The room was pretty clean. Rest rooms are neat. Hospitality is great. About food, you have a choice of buffet and customized. In buffet, you got so many varieties that you cannot taste all of them. Both veg and non veg are offered. About staff, very pleasant ones and highly professional people. You will love their care.

Best Possible service and very polite staff. Rooms are always clean and very well maintained in the past 5 years we have been visiting Tirupati. The Veg Restaurant Manager as well as the service staff is super polite and try to meet your requirements to the level of not just pleasing you but making sure your food is absolute pleasure. The buffet in the multi cuisine restaurant is simply awesome and they make sure the spread is varied multi cuisines. Good Job Guys.

Very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and food was good. The swimming pool and spa were excellent. The location is a little far off from Tirumala but it's easy to catch an auto.

Best place to stay at in Tirupati if you're looking for 3-4 star accommodation. Food is sensational. Rooms could use a bit more upkeep but nothing bad at all. Concierge service is always excellent. Book ahead during holidays as this place tends to run full. Will recommend to anyone looking for upscale accommodation in Tirupati.

Pleasant location. My wedding reception was arranged here. The main convention hall is very spacious and can accommodate more than 750 people. Ambience and service is great. If you can negotiate, can get a decent discount. Very close to the highway and Tiruchanoor temple. Plenty of parking is available. The hotel seems to take security very seriously and they checked all the cars at entry for explosives. The rooms are well furnished and they provide a honeymoon package and decoration if discussed earlier. The smaller halls are good for get to gethers and birthday parties.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Clean beds and towels. Good restaurant for dinner. Good breakfast spread. Make sure you go early though. They are sticklers for time and will start removing food.

Great hotel. Value for money. Spacious rooms. Courteous staffs. Pure veg restaurant also available along with a multi cuisine restaurants. 1 star I avoided bez Ghazal was being played in Buffet restaurant and was making evening unpleasant. I requested but it was not changed.

The rooms were of good quality and well maintained. The view of sacred Tirumala hills through the room windows were a visual treat. The staffs were courteous and well behaved. The south Indian lunch served at the Rainbow restaurant of this hotel was of good quality and taste. The buffet breakfast was also up to the expectations. The room service was also good and they served dinner as late as 11.30pm. Overall it was a good experience barring the untoward incident of 50 minutes delay in check-in.

Recently I visited tirupati for short trip… We opted for fortune select grand ridge. We were overwhelmed by the polite behaviour of the staff… Specially Mr SANJAY, hotel manager. I would recommend this hotel to everyone… Looking forward to our next visit soon.

Probably the best hotel in Tirupati… its little on outskirts but that's what you would want when you are traveling… Peace of mind… Hotel has good facilities right from restaurant to pool.

Amazing staff. Good food. Loved the buffet at astro. This is my second visit here. Major problem with beds. They are not king size, especially if you are tall. Gallery stinks. Bathroom drains are clogged.

Had a pleasant stay at ITC Fortune S G R, Thirupathy. The hotel has good ambience, tasty food, courteous staff that made me feel that we can stay here in future while in Thiripathi.

This the best in tirupati. We can give 5 star rating for their amenities, food and service. But there is a MAJOR ISSUE with the BED in all the rooms. If you are more than 5.6 height then your legs will come out of the bed. I guess that's not a king size bed. I have given a strong feedback to their GM. Let's see what happens for my next visit.

I stay here on 5 april on room no. 533 and 535, this hotel is best in tirupati. Good services and restaurant like zodiac, good food.

This by far is the best hotel in Tirupati. Rooms are spacious and clean. View from room is magnificent. Service and courtesy of staff is very good. Ambience is very pleasant. They have multiple restaurants Enjoyed breakfast in Zodiac, which had a wide variety of spread including freshly made to order items. Lunch in Rainbow pure veg restaurant is very tasty and was made to our special needs.
