The hotel is in a good location since it is very close to the railway station and the bus station. It is very easy to spot it from a distance. The ambience is dated since the hotel itself is pretty old. However it is totally acceptable. The restaurant had decent food but it is slightly pricey.

The location is not properly listed in Google while driving it is not clear where to turn and it is misleading. The accomodation was good the rooms were large and the restrooms where clean. But the furniture in the hotel seems to be very old and there are no proper ventilation.

Worst hotel for accommodation. Food was pathetic. They don’t even change the bed sheets and bed covers it was untidy. We weren’t able to get proper sleep whole night. We afforded an ac room and the ac wasn’t working and they asked us to change the room around 11pm instead of fixing it … the other room had completely untidy bed sheets and bed covers. Pathetic room and room service. The staff at the reception didn’t have any courtesy and didn’t even apologise for the ac not working. There was one old guy at reception who was very rude and horrible. People don’t ever go for this place for accommodation or food. This is the worst place to stay.

Excellent hospitality for kind of food they provide. Manager of the hotel personally come to each table and request them to taste their signature dish. I requested gee for my meal at least 8 times and there was no hesitation. I will definitely recommend them for any one.

Food was edible, Maybe good for locals but the staff need to learn some manners before serving to their customers. It's a 2☆ hotel and we were told it was 3 ☆. No surprise the service was bad. Keep your staff calm.

Good place to stay with family. Very near to Bus Station & Railway Station. Residency Maintaince & Security fine. Friendly Help Desk People.

I thought bhimas residence is perfect, but not…! I have said them that I would prefer to book on online they changed the price almost by 5000rs in online…! Hotel is good looking but restaurant has limited food…!

Very good. Authentic Andhra food. It is one of those old time places, where people actually take care of you. Warm staff. We were refilled properly, were given nice suggestions and were made to feel comfortable. This and a good food is a rare combination. It was on our way back and hence visited it. Now would visit even if we have to take a detour.

Located near Rountana in tripathi. You get good service with good food. They have spacious dinning hall and the quality of food is pretty good. Nice family restaurant. Huge car parking available in front.

Good in Taste. But bad in customer service. The staffs may be seniors but it doesn't mean customer can be taken for granted. Customer service need to be improved.

Visited this restaurant almost after 5 years. Very tasty authentic Andhra meals is their specialty. Crowd is an issue at times as you need to wait and run to get a place during lunch times. Value for money. Must visit restaurant when you visit tirupati.

Decent food. But too much of crowd as this has tied up with the ttd tour bookings. You can't expect great service here. Other than that it's a good food. Good Andhra meals suitable for other state people. Not that spicy as such.

Did not stay at hotel. But had south Indian meals recently. Very tasty food at rates a bit higher than usual. But taste of almost every item including pickles is really tasty. Would love to enjoy the food once again.

What else one can ask for after a tiring day visiting tirupati and going through a worst and terrible experience at this restaurant. Not even worth for a single star but one can say, not just the hospitality but the attitude and the culinary style is very much off the table. 1. Rice available but no curry 2. Waiter available but no water 3. Juice available but no one to deliver They have even failed miserably to prove the basic activities of a restaurant. The way they serve food to customers make me puke instead of eating. These kind of reviews are not going to change the attitude of this restaurant but people be aware and cautious of such worst places to eat.

Good ambience, car parking available. Taste is above average. Service could have been better. Should be generous for small things instead of rude no.

Mouth watering spicy Andra food for Lunch. Every bachelors dream. Courteous staff. Well behaved. But that's all about the lunch. Since the food was great, we chose the same place for our dinner too, but it wasn't as good as we expected. Could be a challenge to identify the restaurant initially as the hoarding from the road is slightly deviated from the actual entrance. Not a huge task to identify though. Cost wise, it's pretty decent. Must try is their Avakkai pickle. You can choose between Andra Meals and South Indian meals. Just a couple of gravy and the vegetable varies. Still you will have the opportunity to hog around with the famous Andra Podi (aka Gun Powder) and the pickle.

Stated here through tstdc booking. Rooms were just OK to adjust for a night's sleep. The only good thing is they provided hot water. Restaurant here was good too but priced slightly higher.

Rooms are decent, but fittings are totally when out. Need replacement. Food is good, but servers are peeping over your shoulder anxious to serve you to be their way to fast tip.

I have been there to visit tirumala. It's located in a prominent location, easy access to city as well as temples nearby. As far as rooms are concerned, neatly maintained rooms with good service staff. Tariff is much better when compared to other competitors. Food quality needs to be improved. Overall it's average one.

Old hotel, yet to renovate. But has good parking facility. Hot water was available at 4AM and overall my experience with hotel staffs were good. It's just like any other hotel. Its value for money for 1000 k budget, night stay. Moreover they have parking even for Bus.

1. Car parking space is enough for tempo n car. 2. They have neat and clean rest room inside the restaurant. 3. Lunch is good with Andhra style rasam. 4. Dinner also good they have good menu. 5. But only thing is crowded very crowd for lunch, u have to wait for a have lunch.

Ok. Rooms are good but Bath rooms are below standard. Food supply is Fast. Lifts some time donot work. Room boys every instance wait infront of you anticipating tips. To maintain Brand Name staff to be more Professional.

The lunch here is pretty good, and they have a good variety of cuisines. Compared to most places in the area, this is significantly cleaner and well maintained. The staff is courteous enough.

Location is pretty central in the city, with easy access to all transport networks. Rooms were clean, and well maintained. I would've liked a better colour palette though. Service was prompt, with the staff being friendly and understanding to the guests' needs.

This place is best hotel in tirupati. They provide Best food for reasonable price. Whenever you go to tirupati this hotel is best choice.

Visited the place after 7 years and was pleasantly surprised that the taste of the food and quality of service just like before. Excellent.

We had breakfast here, the food was tasty. The food was moderately priced. Good place for a quick meal. :)

Room is good, I took non AC accomodation, on-time hot water neat and tidy place.

Good place for a tummy filling lunch. There are two Bhimas. Ask for the one which has dining on same floor and not the one where you need to go down the steps. I mean the one which is first located as you go towards Tirumala, the second on your left as you go towards Tirupati town.

Very clean, good front office staff, was our favourite until recently forpure veg restaurant and stay since decades. Unfortunately, they have started non-veg for room services! Tastes for veg deteriorated. Hope they stop it soon.

Rooms are OK but staffs don't have any manners. They don't consider us as their guest but they great is as outsiders. They charge 50% hike for room service. They don't like to serve even a tea at room. Very bad hotel except AVerge rooms.

The first hotel I stayed in tirupati 2012, staffs are well helping mind and served good. Ambiance was good. Many alteration work done and its seems very clearly. But the main beauty of this hotel is window views on morning. About food taste good. And second time stayed that was last stayed because we got ground floor room and its feels like we r in dark room.

Nice decent hotel with sufficient space and excellent service. It bit expensive but still worth it. Best place to stay if you are visiting tpty for different reasons.

Terrible service and average food. Too expensive for this kind of restaurant. 3rd Cass service at 7 star prices. Disappointed.

A good hotel with all facilities. We do have a TV and big rooms and beds too. And also good service for the room.

Very famous hotel in Tirupati. Bharani restaurant is nice. Food quality is good. Andhra meals and south indian meals available. Parking available.

Terrible service … worst room, horrible food quality high rate and misbehaving nature of managers. Had s very bad experience last week. Once you ordered you can not cancel and you are forced to eat or parcel with additional charges even though if you are getting late for bus … Once you order minimum wait time is 35 to 45 minutes Very rude behavior of the manager had a harsh conversation with him regarding cancelling the order … At last forced to take the parcel with extra charge. Horrible room service worst restroom … no jet, flush was not working. Only one mug you have to manage for both bathing and fresh, no soap/hand wash liquid for hand wash… Do not go there …

Rooms were neat and clean. Room service could have been better. Food was good. Lots of flies in the restaurant.

Booked non a/c room but they have given room with a/c knowingly. We used the facility. Finally we are forced to pay a/c charges while only check out without any reminder from receptionists that we have been allocated wrong room no. I paid extra 2000 INR with my honesty but I totally dislike their the way to get the amount from the customer. I do not know how they run the hotel from very long time…!

Best place for vegetarian delicacies in Tirupati. Tasty Andhra meal.

Lunch is ok in the restaurant. But not so good. Chapathi in meals is not good. Aalu curry is not good. Not boiled. Curd also not good. Card swiping machine is there. But not working. Again we have ran to atm for cash.

Idli dosa is good. But rates are on higher side. Coffee for Rs 35 is actually exorbitant when it is generally available at Rs 10-15 everywhere.

Worse than a lodge! We booked here looking at online photos… but rooms are very dirty, stinking. Toilet is disgusting… linen is dirty… and worst of all services including manager have a don't care attitude. Stay away from this so called hotel.

The hotel room is very large so no problems about the space but the maintenance is not very good.

The hotel seems to have been renovated recently. Though the rooms are decent, they stink so carry some perfume to spray the room! The receptionist has a take it or leave it attitude, which sucks. Food, especially the Dosas are good. Would rate this good or very good if the rooms were better and the receptionist had a little less attitude!

Gud hotel but a/c is not gud.
