Location: SBS Residency is situated right at the Renigunta Junction (100 mts from railway auto stand). The distance from Tirumala to Tirupati Airport was 42 kms so we decided to spend the night close to airport. The hotel is at a distance of 6.4 kms from the airport and the cab charged us Rs. 400 (Driver Basha was referred by hotel manager) Cost: We did a same day booking for 3 persons in Non-AC 4 bedded room which cost us Rs. 800 via goibibo. Amenities: The hotel has Lift, T. V with Airtel DTH. The hotel doesn't have in-house restaurant but the hotel boy will bring tea and food from nearby restaurants on demand. Water bottle, Soap, shampoo etc were not there in the room and we didn't even ask. For the same price if you are not getting any other hotel with better amenities then go for it. If you are a couple on honeymoon look elsewhere because rooms aren't that luxurious. SBS Residency is a budget hotel. Note: If you are a senior citizen or have breathing problem then ask for a room with bigger window because the rooms had small or no windows (they were like small ventilators) but hotel manager was courteous enough to show us 3-4 rooms out of which we selected one of our choice.

I request you please avoid hotel sbs residency as it will depress you as rooms are not clean mosquitos and rats in your room stay with you. There is lier staff. Hot water not available in bathroom you have to carry and beg for hot water to bath. No drinking water not even asked once since 3 days and towels in rooms. Not even sweeping rooms once in 3 days. If any one stays here please carry sleeping pills to sleep peacefully with mosquitos and rats and dirt.

The Poorest hotel met before in my life. No management skills in staff… Specially the fake policy of hot water and cleanliness of the room. Third class hotel. Please don't visit this place if you care for your money. This quote suit for this particular hotel "Naam bade — Darshan chote". Disgusting rooms and requesting you all not to visit this untidy hotel (sbs hotel' renigunta).

Don't ever think to stay in this hotel, they don't provide blankets and towel, water leakage problem in rooms.

3rd class hotel, please don't stay here, there is no hot water option, toilet bathroom also very very poor.

Good compact rooms, decent staff. Worth it as its near to station, just a walk away. Only downside was the drainage just outside the hotel made it difficult to get out of the hotel in the event of rains.

Very near to Renigunta Railway station, just 50 Meters. You can catch train even in the Night time from this Hotel if you stay. Support staff are very much cooperative and helping nature. Worthy to stay here.

I think one does not have enough options in Renigunta We opted for an AC room and they turn off AC mains from reception. Need to ask them multiple times to turn ON. I feel this hotel is costly for the things it has to offer but not many alternative options are available.
