Hotel is very good clean and neat service also good but AC is not working properly for that purpose only not satisfied.

Previously venky is only vegitarian restaurant. But from 2018 jan it became famous as it upgraded to nonveg restaurant. Main special dish is chicken dum biryani which is available at very reasonable cost. Im one of their regular customer. But service is very poor. They take lot of time to deliver food. It is the only minus.

Yesterday I had a bad experience that I had took a viryabi packet in offer 100 RS, really it's worst there is no quality at all I request the management to not spoil the fame, oka manchi name techukovali ante Chala time padutundhi but spoil chesukovatam easy recently nenu 150 RS biryani teesukuni Vella it's really yummy but yesterday nenu Chala disappoin ayyanu.

Food was nice. Saturday and Monday dum biryani for ₹99 only (quality and quantity was good).

What a place to stay… simply awesome… we had stayed for 1 day in a single room which is so cozy and comfortable. We had the best of the service, food, sleep and the staff who are warm and welcoming. For others you should consider staying here and for the management keep up the good work. Thanks.

Amazing food …

This is the 3rd time I stayed in this hotel. Year by year their quality and standards reduced. Most of the lights in the room will not glow. Beds and mattress became age old. In restaurant there are no servers. It is learned from the staff interactions that they are not paying them properly and everyone is leaving the hotel. Food is also average now. Before check out please ensure you get the correct bill since they simply looted me by charging me for services/food not availed. When I have called them after also no proper response. Be careful about it.

It's too much hyped on MMT. Staff and service is very good. Ambience na. Bad smell through lifts and corridors. Average bed sheets. Stinky bathrooms. They seriously need to buy a bulk of air fresheners and room fresheners… if they improve in cleanliness and ambience it can be 4 to 5 star experience… The room what you get for 2 people is not that great for 2. It's too congested. If you come to see local places and local business it's a good place but not for staying and relaxing.

Excellent… full value for money… Room size is average but tidy n very well maintained. U 'll get all amenities more than u expect. U can just check in with a wallet n mobile. Restaurant fud is delicious n have variety. Staff service is also gud. Overall best fits for ur budget. Hope the same standards will prevail… 5 stars fr sure.

I loved this place. People are so nice and helpful here. The room was nice and clean. A separate balcony along with the room. They have restaurant and room service. Food was delicious. The market is near the hotel. The car parking space is limited, we were stuck there after checked out. I will recommend this place and will go again.

It's the best place for staying in Kakinada. Best service is guaranteed here as promised by the management. Must try one.

Hotel is located in the market area. You can get almost every basic things if needed from near by. Rooms and bathroom are clean. 24 hours hot water. Toiletries also available. Restaurent is also there, but if you want your food to be served at your room they will charge additional 18% GST.

It is a very good place for vegetarians. If you eat lunch in this, you will feel heavy in dinner time also. They are. Trying to promote non veg also. So they started giving biryani for 99rs till Jan 31st 2018. Post 136rs upto March 31st 2018. It is good in rice quantity. 2 persons can eat it.

Hotel is located in the centre and all facilities are easily accessible. Has very little parking space. Front office is courteous. Complimentary breakfast is good. They typically have you Idly, Vada, Upma, Poori and Dosa. They also have bread, jam and juice. Room was clean, but the sheets and bath towels provided were not hygienic in our case. Room service was extremely slow. Hence reducing 2 stars.

I visited venky residency on 31st night. They are offering chicken dum biryani for 99 rupees only. Food quality is excellent. But the time for food delivery is very long. Serving is very bad. Remaining everything is excellent.

Maintenance has gone down a lot. I am visiting this place since 6 yrs, a lot of difference in service and maintenance of rooms. Problems in bathrooms, broken flasks, a. C. With smell, etc. Wish Venky residence will change a lot and be the best….

Outward look was good … but it would be more better if it was maintained properly. Which is d most necessary thing for hotel to be done.

Decent place to stay while in Kakinada area. Closer to the town and all the businesses, railway and bus stations. Good a/c rooms with restaurant within the hotel.

The hotel is really good. The food is also really nice. Now they even serve non-veg.

Rich hotel with very poor maintenance. Lights not working in washroom. Got stuck in the lift. Complimentary breakfast was average. Flush in toilet wasn't working properly. Frequent power cuts. Staff were good and cordial.

Nice place to have our lunch. Well service by the staff. Has a parking place. A quality of food is being served.

I loved the short stay here. The quality to price ratio is really high. The only problem I see is got won't get food in the evening after the lunch is closed till 7pm so if you happen to come back at 4pm n r hungry you need to wait 3hrs or go out and hunt for food. Otherwise the price food room is very good. Would stay at this hotel everyone I visit Kakinada for sure.

We stayed here for a weekend and this hotel has decent, spacious and luxurious rooms for the price you end up. A good place for a family stay as well. It would had been better if the buffet Breakfast which was inclusive in our package contains some more items to have a delicious breakfast. Very nearby to major locations like Bus stand and railway station, while connecting place to samarlakota, another district.

Mostly they will accept 24 hours checkin which is very useful to business travellers. Buffet breakfast is really superb. Hosting of staff are really wonderful.

Still needs improvement for restaurant services I Don't know about lodging services.

Food is nice but need to improve.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days in the last year and based on my previous experience I preferred to stay again and booked the room for 5 days and stayed there. These days they are not maintaining properly and local friends also not suggested me to stay there. Their Breakfast is not good now. And all 5 days they have kept same papaya juice and their sambar is horrible and no change of menu for all 5 days. In addition they started charging 5% as Service Charge on room rent with out asking or our consent. This is too bad. They should have displayed their charges.

I have stayed there for about a week to visit near by temples, there is no wonder it's rated one of the best hotels in kakinada, the ambience, support staff and the restaurants. Everything is world class. The coffee lounge in the front is somewhere you can relax after a busy day! Everything about this hotel is great. Will come go back again.

Well maintained rooms with excellent service levels… Clean, Hygenic, social, comfy, etc, etc. Etc. A life time experience to stay in…
