Sristi is an amazing host. Extremely welcoming, warm and helpful. The property is a home away from home, a piece of heaven. A beautiful balcony, Thriving nature, amazing home cooked food with an amazing host. Eagerly looking forward to coming again.
Loads of luv.
Daarapari is a wonderful, comfy homestay away from all the hustle and crowd of the city. It just exudes warmth and comfort. The only noise you will hear is the sounds of birds chirping and BB Daju cooking the most delicious food while humming along to Nepali songs.
The host Shrushti is one of the coolest people I've ever met along with being one of the warmest.
You could go on hikes to experience some mesmerising views or just chill under the bamboo groves.
Can't wait to come back and stay in the mud house.

I recently spent three incredible days in Burmoik during the rainy season, and it was an experience I won’t forget. A heartfelt thank you to Daara Pari, Shristi, and the entire family for their warm hospitality and the peaceful atmosphere they created—it truly felt like a home away from home.
Despite the rain, every moment was filled with a sense of calm and connection to the natural beauty of the area. There's so much that can be explored and done on the ground in the villages of Burmoik, and it's clear that this place holds a lot of potential for meaningful community engagement.
A big thanks to Shristi for her exceptional guidance throughout my stay. Her deep knowledge of the local culture, people, and environment, along with her thoughtful presence, made the journey all the more enriching. I truly appreciated the way she took time to explain things and help me understand the essence of the place.
A special shoutout to BB Daju for his wonderful cooking—every meal was made with so much care and flavor. His food brought everyone together and added a lot of warmth to the experience.
I’m truly grateful for the time I spent here and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a soulful retreat surrounded by nature, culture, and beautiful people.
