It is so nice hotel works.

There's construction with lots of noise, dust and nuisance going in this hotel. The manager has no respect for guests and shamelessly and rudely says nothing can be done about the noise and that the guests have to live with it! this isn't what we pay such a premium price for! we look out for peace when on vacations.

One of the best in Gangtok. Best thing was its view, in house Deltin Casino and service. It is neat M. G Marg.

Heavenly location. Luxury hotel. If you want to try your luck in gambling, you have Deltin casino in the hotel. Mt. Kanchunjungha is clearly visible from the balcony of your room on a bright day. An expensive hotel but surely worth. Would recommend for sure.

One of the best hotels to stay in Gangtok. Great views of Mt. Kanchenjunga, and of the city. Room 306 has amazing views. The room has split levels for bedroom and living areas, and is ideal for a family with small kids, as the extra bed fits in well in the living area. Theres a casino in the hotel, open 4pm to 7am. Food was standard fare, but we found the chicken tikka really good, and the chole bhatura at breakfast was excellent. Very courteous staff. Overall great experience, will certainly stay there again when we visit Gangtok next.

I traveled there with a group and had lots of fun. It was nice to stay but somewhere the food was not upto my taste. Overall it's a nice place. You can view Kunchanjungha from your room.

Lovely place probably the best. Mayfair is another property in this class. Very good food, service, views and maintenance etc. Prices slightly on the higher side, but worth it considering the properties on offer.

The location is pretty good, just far enough from the main market that you can walk to it and just far enough that there is no congestion and noise near it. The property is not very big but is luxurious and upscale. Staff and service is great.

Stay and food at the hotel is really awesome, you can view the Kanchanjanga Range from your rooms. Staff of the hotel is also specially good.

The owner of the property should know what pathetic staff they have hired. The executive named Ms Rebecca don't know how to talk to female guest… Throughout the stay in the property there was so much disturbance due to tenting.
The labour was literally standing in our room balcony for the procedure and protruding our privacy. It was overall very unpleasant stay and not at all recommendable…

Must visit if u wanna try ur luck in Gambling provided ur coming alongwith ur Lady Luck.

You can go to Denzong for good food in its restaurant but don’t even think of going to casino denzong complete loot. And frauds. Better go Mayfair casino.

I just loved it. Actually all of us enjoyed it thoroughly. It was our Anniversary well celebrated at @ (105370419962805:WelcomHeritage Denzong Regency) and my wife @ (100008911778689:Samayita Saha) loved it totally. Also 21st Jan 2017 being the opening of your Casino (though we lost) it added as some extra seasoning for the night.

This is one of the best properties in this area. We met the owner who is a real gentleman and he told us stories of his property. If you stay here you won't be disappointed.
