Twin Spring

We have stayed at hotel Twin Spring for 4 days which is located at Tadong 5th mile, near Sikkim Manipal University. The rooms are very large in size and enough space for 3-4 people. All staffs are very polite. The owner of the hotel Babita ji is also a very nice and kind hearted person. One should spent atleast one night at this hotel in sikkim tour near Gangtok city. They have own kitchen and restaurant. The taste and quality of food is also very satisfactory. Lift service is available here.

Flexible accommodation and super duper facilities with friendly services.

Pros: Very spacious front rooms, cleanliness, polite and helpful staff, good value.
Cons: Food can be improved. Location is far from the city centre. Traffic noise is pretty loud in the front rooms. Please replace windows with pvc type for sound insulation.

Standard budget hotel where you can get affordable rooms. They also have dining service. A disadvantage is that they close the shutters at 945-10pm, which I found very bizzare as tourists would ideally want to head out for dinner. Moreover, the person at the reception was inhospitable with regards to this and was arguing when we requested to head out for dinner, which I found unnecessary. However, he made up for it later by opening the shutters early in the morning as we had to catch a flight. Room was spacious, but geyser wasn't working properly which was a bit annoying given that it was the peak of winter. Overall, this is a half decent budget hotel.

It's a budgeted room like a lodge you can say which is overly priced.
1. The bathroom taps were leaking.
2. Bathroom vents were not in good condition. The immediate neighbour could see us taking bath.
3. Front desk not really helpful.
4. Kitchen and the house keeping staff were helpful.
5. Location is not very good, Located in a busy area 10 km away from Gangtok.

This hotel is so clean. The interior of hotel was so good and u got lift facility too but I mainly use stairs, and the food is delicious it's gives us home vibes. The people here are so sweet and friendly overall I like this hotel actually love it.
And specially about hotel manager Sanjoy jee, he is very positive person and very friendly. And he is so caring.

Came here on official tour to stay for 6days & enjoyed the days. Everyone was doing their job with smiling-starting from reception to room service. All young & energetic staffs are always in present in need. Food quality is good &dining floor is provided with lift from all the floors.
Overall nice place to stay.

The stay was good. The room was spacious and well maintained. Food is also nice. Breakfast menu can be improved by adding few more items. Services are good. People were very helpful and down to earth… It was a pleasant stay… Thanks for your support.

The rooms are good, comfy and spacious, although the rooms towards the back don't really offer any views at all (only neighbouring building's walls).
The staff is very cooperative.

Distance, as a taxi to the main market at M. G. Road is is ₹35 per person if one opts for sharing, otherwise around ₹140 and 9 pm onwards it will be around ₹250, and.
The food at the hotel sucks.
