With 'Kangchendzonga' view, it is 'the best' hotel in Gangtok at a very affordable price. In fact, it is the oldest hotel here and has won Awards. Though rated 3-star, it serves 5star service and room quality. One may book on the spot at less price than what is shown online (min. ₹500 less).

This is a great place to stay, good value if you go direct and it's in a beautiful heritage building.
Beds are super I comfy and the room is well appointed.
Great views over the city too.
Also worth a mention is Samit, he went above and beyond to help us as we had a shit experience at Netuk House.
He really looked after us and is one hell of a nice guy🙏🙏🙏

Our experience is very bad… they entered our room withour our permission… we booked room for 2 people. And stay 3 people. Extra charges we give but they give bill for 2 people… their behaviour was not good. 1st they do not give any kettle in room but after we asked for kettle they give unclean burn kettle… and accidentally the towel was dirty by us. And they charged 500 extra for this damaged… people pay for staying and use the things in hotel. But first time ia have seen that the hotel charged about dirty towel …

Good boutique hotel with good view of mountains. The food is tasty and location is near market. The staffs are helping and courteous. The restaurant ambience is very nice.

The hotel is located in the capital city just near Mall road. Easy access to Mall road. Pick up and drop easily accessible. Parking facility… the food taste is excellent. The momo and thukpa was just wow. The staffs are very helpful and smiling… they make you feel the home away from home. The travel desk person is also helpful and guiding… overall stay was excellent 👌. Special thanks to Minu, Pranita and ashon.

I had a great experience on this hotel. Best hotel in gangtok. Food, service, room everything was very nice well manage I was there in hotel with my friends. The restaurant has a out area with sitting arrangement. Best for get together. They have arranged camp fire also during our stay. The staffs specially pranita, sanila, kina, harka minu and Ashon was very helpful and served us a lot. Special thanks to the treenz team. The location was just perfect with budget. One of our best stay. Staff behaviour is very good. As well as the food here is also very delicious. All the requirements are fulfilled here. They arrange good travel agents for your travel l. Overall my experience is very much recommended to others.

Wonderful experience at Treenz alive Tibet road. Sristika welcomed me with a broad warm smile. Minu and housekeeping team were excellent. Chef Gomes kept me well fed with his ask and you shall receive theme. Please do try the off menu Caeser salad and chicken wings.

Hotel was a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were modern, spotless, and spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved the view from our balcony and enjoyed the convenience of the on-site restaurant, which served delicious food with plenty of variety.
The location was ideal, close to popular attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel also offered a fantastic breakfast each morning, with fresh options that kept us fueled for the day. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and little touches, like complimentary coffee and friendly service throughout.
