Hotel Tenancy

Room was nice and fine and the balcony view was awesome.
The location of hotel is not nice tbh.
But only for the rooms its perfect.

Don't book this hotel because water supply is very bad. We live 26 hour with out any water. Their room is very suspicious and kinda haunted. And the hotel in bosti area. Tooo many stairs in up down. Manager "birbal singh" very rude behaviour. And for very bad water supply we need to change our hotel. If you come in Gangtok please don't book this hotel.

Stayed there for two days.
Well behaved staff.
Clean room.
Beautiful ambience.
Will come again.

This hotel is very good neat and clean. Their behaviour are too good. From window you will get nice view.

4 hours after checkin they informed water (washroom) will not be there till next day morning and asked to checkout and book some other hotel. Staffs didn't even help with the laugage at the time of checkout. I visited this property 5 years back at that time it was well maintained but now it's not at all maintained. Owner don't even care about the reputation of the property and the convenience of the guest. The location (5-6 mins walk from mg marg) and view from balcony are the only 2 positive points in this property.

As a honest reviewer before going to book this hotel think 100 times and see my attachment.

Very worst condition as there is no parking facility there as well as hotel is very far from mg road. Moreover this is located behind mosque so one could hardly be pleasure relax. I have booked through Agoda app however no refund received after cancellation.

I will strongly recommend not to book this hotel even at free of cost. Let me tell you why, point wise.
1. Location of the hotel on maps is too much misleading. The manager will also mislead your driver to drop at Hungry Jack taxi stand. Hotel service boys will pick you & your luggages from there.
2. The entrance of the hotel is horrible. It goes beside a Masjid and situated in the centre of a claustrophobic residential area. The road is very dirty. A narrow lane goes straight from hungry jack taxi stand with nearly 50 stairs. Very uncomfortable with luggage. This will be tough for older family members.
3. They provided us a different hotel (Supreme Lodge) rooms though we booked and paid the advance in the name of Hotel Tenancy. After reaching there, we understood that the hotel rooms are specially designed for unmarried "couple". If you know what I mean. So this was very embarrassing.
4. Rooms were not clean at all. A bad smell was always in the room. I think they have no relation with washing and laundry services.
5. Staff and manager's behaviour was too much intolerable. They were always in a angry mood. Like they were doing a favour upon us by giving shelter at their property; if you are uncomfortable, you may leave the hotel — that was their all time facial and verbal expression.
