Rooms are good and clean. I don’t like service at all. Food is also not good. Location is far away from market if you want to go there by walk.

Excellent hospitality by Maya inn management. We booked executive room but we got upgraded to superior room. We are thankful for such nice service and kind hospitality. Thank you very much Dev sharma sir Manager.

I was stay 2 days at this hotel, 26to 27 Dec 2025 Gangotak, Location is very good, Hotel staaf are very good, friendly & Coperative, good environment, cleaning and well organize. From my side 5 star rating. Keep ot up👍👍👍

Owners close the hotel by 11.00, it was impossible for me to get in. When I repeatedly called no one replied. I had no other option other then to bang the door. For which they threatened me. Saying I was drunk which I was not. I was scared for my life. I had to call police for my protection. Worst hotel. 0/5 stars. Misbehaviour. Not safe for tourists. Not safe for girls.

I often visit Hotel Maya Inn located at Indira Bypass, Gangtok, Sikkim. Last night, on the 31st of October 2025. I visited the hotel around 10 PM to book rooms for myself and my friend. The main door was closed, so we rang the calling bell. A housekeeping staff member opened the door and spoke to us very rudely. He then called the second manager, who was equally impolite and demanded ₹2500 upfront before even starting the booking process, as if we were not genuine guests.
We had come late at night because one of our staff members had met with an accident and was admitted to the hospital. Since our home was far away, we decided to stay nearby. However, the disrespectful behavior we faced from the hotel staff was completely unacceptable.
I will never visit Hotel Maya Inn again in my life, nor will I recommend it to any of my staff, friends, or family. The attitude of the staff was extremely arrogant. The hotel’s tagline “Atithi Devo Bhava” (Guests are like God) clearly holds no meaning for such ill-mannered and unprofessional employees.

Fabulous stay for family, very supportive staff. Big size rooms with a good view. The complimentary breakfast was also good.

Our family stayed in 4 rooms. 2 rooms were good. But in one of the rooms bathroom door got stuck and unable to lock it from inside. Balcony was too small. Rest of the service was good.

Hotel staffs are really nice and well behaved…good food, hygienic…overall our experience was really nice.

The hotel staff is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the team is extremely helpful, providing great hospitality throughout the stay.

Personally I loved their service because they were so responsive towards us, and staff over there (Deb sharma) who was so kind to us, and guiding us.

I stayed at this hotel for 12 days. Rooms are neat, spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent. For the price, this is the best hotel around and the staff was good. Mr. Dev Sharma is very resourceful, professional and accommodating.
