This hotel has a great location, The highlight of our stay was the warm hospitality from the host Abhimanyu and the entire staff helped us with almost everything — from arranging meals in the hotel on request to suggest places for sightseeing and restaurants to visit. The rooms in hotel are spacious and super clean. Overall an excellent stay and would highly recommend this place.

The Manaslu boutique hotel was a really good experience, we reached a bit late but the kitchen was very helpful with the dinner, the room was very spacious, clean and had a beautiful view. Met Abhimanyu the next day, he helped us by explaining how to go around and which places to visit, he had also prepared a document explaining a lot about Gangtok which helped us further. The check in and check out was very easy and the in house cafe had some amazing cheese cake, worth recommending. Thanks for the lovely experience.

Manaslu was a stroke of luck! I remember reading the reviews amazing hospitality there and the comfortable stay and I have to stay Manaslu exceeded my expectations. The room was beyond perfect, well lit, comfortable, spacious, the location just at a perfect distance from the hustle bustle of MG Marg at Gangtok and the breakfast truly sumptuous. I remember reading about the cheesecakes and brownies and I'm glad that we spent every evening devouring the goodies there. Abhimanyu, the owner, ensures you are taken care of, checks on you and patiently suggests to you things you can possibly see and do at Gangtok. I am sure this is the place we'll stay when we visit Gangtok in the future and also recommend it all follow travellers.

Beautiful property with large, spacious rooms. Spotlessly clean. Abhimanyu, the owner ensured that I was made to feel at home making exceptions in some cases. He also helped book my trip through Sikkim. Blue and Yellow Cafe is a small cafe inside the hotel. Regardless, these people know their food — every item on the menu was made fresh in the right manner, plating and garnishing included. Their cheesecakes and pizzas are a must-try genre. You can expect exceptionally good hospitality and food that is safe to eat here. Definitely coming back for more!

Just about 2 km away from MG Road and Lal Bazaar at Deorali this little cozy hotel is worth its penny. The rooms are spacious, clean and simply but yet decently made up. This makes it very effective for the stay experience. Mr. Abhimanyu, the owner is very welcoming and takes personal care of the guests. The staff is up to the mark in their service.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel in Gangtok, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, catering to our every need.
The first day they noticed that we hadn’t eaten the local breakfast menu, so they reached out to us to understand why. Later they included more vegetables, porridge, and omelets. The hotel staff went above and beyond by changing their breakfast menu just for us, ensuring that our preferences were met. They consistently checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking, which made us feel valued and appreciated—not just customers, but like family.
The owner of the hotel was equally remarkable. He personally brought us milk and fresh vegetables from his own farm, demonstrating a level of hospitality that is hard to find elsewhere.
Overall, this hotel is a gem in Gangtok, with great staff and an owner who genuinely cares about his guests. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area; it's the only hotel I would choose to stay at in Gangtok!

Abhimanyu and his team are doing a great job in making their guests feel home at Manalsu. The rooms are large, cozy, and clean. The Café has a variety of foods and desserts to offer. Their coffee is exceptionally good. Most importantly, all the stuffs are helpful and kind.

We stayed at Manaslu for 3 nights. I can definitely say that the staff made sure to make us feel at home. Very cozy atmosohere and very welcoming people. Rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is super.
I do highly recommend Manaslu as your stay when you are in Sikkim.

Staff is very friendly and the owner makes you feel like home! We had a special treatment and he got us a breakfast from his farm! We also asked for a personalised dinner, and they prepared a delicious meal for us for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend :)

This has been far the best accomodation experience I have ever had. Abhimanyu and his staff made us feel at home. They have gone far out of their way to accommodate to our needs. After noticing that we were not consuming much of the Indian breakfast, they customised the breakfast to our taste ans brought plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Hygiene and service are both amazing. Definitely to recommend.

Good, small, cozy place for quick 1-night stops. Very close to MG, rooms are clean, large sized and have all the required amenities like hair dryer, slippers, heater, toiletries, extra bed — proper bed not just a mattress on the floor. Rooms are well lite. Owner is quite a pleasant personality and very corporative.
Lachung was our next stop post the stay here. Due to bad road conditions, very last minute we were asked to take very limited luggage. The owner helped to keep our remaining luggage safely in a room till we returned after 3 days. This is very much appreciated.
It doesn’t have continuous running hot water so if you are in a hurry to get ready – then it’s a problem. Also they are short staffed so the service is very slow, one of the staff said to us – “I am alone here so I cant do everything together so pls wait” in a very rude way. As it was just a stop over stay for us, we didn’t pay much head. Also they don’t have a lift so that was a bit inconvenient specially when moving the luggage around. As we were a big group, we had a lot of luggage, heard one staff saying – who brings so much luggage, I mean that wasn’t a needed comment but as the owner is a wonderful person, we just ignored the staff.
Breakfast spread is limited and again service is very slow. Overall stay was comfortable specially if its just for stop-overs, you can book this place without a second thought, its budget friendly as well.

We stayed here for 3 nights in December 2024. It is a beautiful well kept property near the MG Market.
The rooms are spacious, equipped with a well functioning geyser and heater.
There is a cafe on the property with continental food. You can order Indian food from the hotel — very homely food. Breakfast is basic Indian and continental food but very hearty.
The property is centrally located — MG Road is 1 km from here.
Abhimanyu and the entire staff are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to help. We had a minor change of plan and had to ask for a shorter stay — Abhimanyu went out of his way to accomodate it. Abhimanyu also took time to create a custom travel itinerary for us!
This is a very sophisticated property — if you enjoy a well kept, silent property in the center of the city — please visit!

My stay at Manaslu Boutique Hotel was a pleasant experience. The rooms were neat and clean, and the amenities offered were excellent value for the price. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city, and the shared cab service made it easy to get around.

Even when the hotel's restaurant was closed, they went out of their way to provide us with delicious food, ensuring we didn't go hungry.
While the hotel doesn't have a lift, it wasn't a major inconvenience. The cafe below the hotel offered delicious food, and they were even accommodating to our requests for home-cooked meals. The view from the hotel was lovely, and the room was thoughtfully designed with plenty of space for eating, chilling, and working.
Overall, I highly recommend Manaslu Boutique Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The combination of clean rooms, helpful staff, and convenient location made it a great choice for our trip.

We had spent three days at Manaslu while visiting Gangtok. It's a clean and well maintained place overall. Its location is within the city and one can easily find cabs from outside or walk to Mall road.
Rooms were quite spacious and the food during breakfast and dinner was fresh and delicious!
Great service and host even suggested places to visit and answered all other queries.
The place doesn't have lift but that is true for most of the places in Gangtok. They accommodated our request to provide room on second floor and as stairs are not steep, it was comfortable.
