What a lovely place! This is really nice hotel. Roof top restaurant is top of it. We really appreciate and thanked to cook who can make any cuisine delicious 😋. We tried Chinese, Punjabi, eggs items everything was super.

The rooms were good! The service the best! The location was good!
The advantages the hotel has is that the staff it employs starting from the chefs, cleaners to the receptionist. But one wouldn't be praising the stuff unless they also had good rooms and a good location.
Some might not like the location the hotel is at but personally for me this was another plus point for me since it's only a few minutes away from the heart of the city!

When I visited Gangtok, I lived in Cygnett Inn La Maison hotel for 2 to 3 days. This hotel is situated in the heart of Gangtok, Sikkim. The overall experience was fantastic. The food, culinary, aesthetics were exceptionally good. Entirely satisfied with the service of the hotel.
The staff was friendly, especially the ma'am who is managing the restaurant of this hotel. She was very friendly, helpful and supportive. The quality and precision given by the hotel were very good. I had no complaints whatsoever. The size of the rooms and bathrooms was good and the views from the balcony are astonishing. I would also appreciate the efforts of all the staff members of Cygnett Inn La Maison hotel for their outstanding service. I would highly recommend Cygnett Inn La Maison hotel to everyone who is planning to visit Gangtok, Sikkim.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Staff are courteous and very cooperative. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bathrooms are also well maintained, clean with all needed amenities; and the staff help you out with any extra needs you might have. The rooftop restaurant itself has a great ambience. The view from the hotel is obviously an added bonus. All in all, a good experience, would definitely recommend!

Loved our stay.
Very nice and clean room. Fully satisfied with the service. Loved the concept of different colored doors. I got a navy blue door room with a view. Bed was very cosy and warm. They also provide room heaters.
People travelling from there own cars, they had parking area of 4 cars.
Located on the main Street. Easily accessible.
We extended our stay because we loved it so much.

Everything in this hotel was very good. Staffs were very helpful and frank. They helped me with every difficulties that I had and the management was also very organised. Foods that I had were all very delicious, I never imagined that Gangtok could have such nice homely environment type of hotel with such a reasonable rate. It is very convenient too as it is near to the road so I never had a problem of going anywhere. It is clean, safe and best to stay.
