Looks can be deceiving, and this hotel is the perfect example.
At first glance, it appears to be a well-decorated, well-equipped, standard hotel, until you step inside the rooms. That’s when the horror begins.
We had booked a triple-bedroom and were provided with one single bed and one double bed, which was acceptable. The room contained two chairs, a TV (non-operational), a cupboard, side tables, bed switches, and water bottles with three glasses.
Now comes the disturbing part. The bathroom had no shower, only an open outlet drain, which resulted in water splashing everywhere. There were visible shampoo residues and hair on the bathroom floor. The room walls and even parts of the curtains were covered with mould. There were only two lights in the entire room: one yellow and one dim white, seemingly placed to hide the mould rather than illuminate the space.
Inside the wardrobe, we found a used blanket. The glasses had residue (God knows what), the blanket cover was stained yellow, the bedsheets were dirty, and the pillows had black bacterial formations.
When we requested a room change, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative rooms were available. To make matters worse, the amount paid was non-refundable.
The food was average the plates had multiple scratch marks (check images), but I must mention that the serving staff were attentive and helpful.
Overall, it was a horrific experience. I strongly advise against booking this hotel.
The service and rooms are just perfect specially the mattress was so soft, the hotel was almost 1 km away from MG mark.
