Days Inn by Wyndham Gangtok Tadong

We recently wrapped up a wonderful three-night family stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Gangtok, and it proved to be a highly comfortable, memorable base for our exploration of Sikkim.
The Suite & Hill Views: Upgrading to the Suite Room was the best decision we made. It was remarkably spacious, luxurious, and beautifully designed. Waking up each morning to the panoramic, sweeping hill views right from our window—with the morning mist rolling across the green valleys—was an absolute highlight of the trip.
Exceptional Hospitality: The service here is top-notch. The entire staff is incredibly polite, attentive, and warm. They genuinely look after you, ensuring that coming back from a long day of high-altitude sightseeing felt like coming home.
Dining: We dined frequently at their in-house restaurant. The breakfast buffet offers a fantastic, fresh spread to fuel up for the day.
Location: Situated in Tadong, the hotel gives you the perfect balance. It is peaceful and quiet at night, away from the heavy city center traffic, yet a quick, easy drive straight into the main bustle of MG Marg.

We had a very good time at days inn. The restaurant staff is really friendly and amazing. The property has amazing view from the balcony!
Its little 15 mins walk to the MG Marg but you can get sharing taxi rides easily that charges 35 Rs per person.
Go for this location if you want to relax and have peace.

A big shoutout to "Sancha Hangma Limboo", for her exceptional service, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable when helping me with the menu options and provided excellent recommendations. She made sure I left feeling completely satisfied.
The quality of the food was top-notch, exceeding my expectations. I'would definately recommend "Days Inn" to my family and friends.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the impeccable service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality. Every aspect of my stay was perfectly organized, and a huge credit goes to Mr. Saroj Panday manager, who ensured everything ran seamlessly. Whose leadership and dedication were evident in every interaction. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, from the front office to F&B and housekeeping. His professionalism and genuine care for guests made my stay truly memorable. If you’re planning a leisure or business trip, I highly recommend this property. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. Thank you to Mr. Panday and the entire team for making my stay unforgettable. I will definitely be returning!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was superb, featuring two balconies with stunning views of beautiful sikkim. I even had the pleasure of meeting the chef, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious—definitely try American fried chicken.
Room service was top-notch, earning a solid 5/5. The receptionist was also very accommodating. I can't wait to come back to this wonderful hotel! Highly recommend! 🌟

It was a great experience with awesome hospitality: the Cilantro restaurant food was amazing and nice. The housekeeping staff was very cooperative. The buffet for the breakfast had variety of options. The view from the balcony was to die for. Also, the rooms were neat and clean with very amazing ambience.

Staffs behaviour of hotel (front desk/ restaurant/ housekeeping), Room, resturant cleanliness are excellent. Food ok (continental type). Suggesting to keep room heating blower in winter. Location is good. Recommending good to stay.

The behaviour of the staff was good. The staff member who helped us, Anand Chhetri was very nice. The food was also quite good. Personal recommendation would be Chicken Sekua. We also had butter garlic noodles. Did not take very long to prepare so we got to eat quite fast.

We spent 3 nights here. The hotel is 15 mins short ride to the famous MG Marg, location-wise not bad as the area seemed peaceful. However, I have stayed in better Wyndham properties — this is fairly a small and basic hotel. The room size is not adequate for a family of 3, in fact the king sized bed is more of a queen. They do have an extremely small balcony attached to the valley view rooms but barely two people can stand together. The furniture seemed very dated. The housekeeping needs a bit of training for sure. Our stay was not without issues but the manager was helpful and was able to resolve reported problems. The food is OK and reasonable.

Days Inn by Wyndham Gangtok is beautiful. The staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful with exceptional customer service.
Would definitely love to visit. Highly recommended…

It is a pleasure staying at this property, which is 10 minutes from MG Road. Excellent food and service and courteous staff, takes care of extra requirements and requests. They offer complementary beer in the room. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall, the experience was brilliant and enjoying my stay here a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

The views from the room were absolutely breathtaking, making my stay a visually delightful experience. Every member of the staff was not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, ensuring that my needs were met with a smile. I must extend a special thanks to the hotel General Manager, Mr. Saroj, whose exceptional hospitality truly stood out. His dedication to creating a comfortable and memorable environment for guests is evident in every detail. My stay was made truly unforgettable, thanks to the perfect combination of stunning views, excellent service, and Mr. Saroj's outstanding leadership.

Had a small birthday party here. The management, chef & staff were all very helpful. It was organised very well. The food and the service was very good, the facilities in the hotel are excellent and I also liked the cleanliness of the hotel. Overall a very good experience.

Had a great experience at Days inn Gangtok. Beautiful view from the room balcony. Excellent service food was good and staff were very prompt. Next time definitely I will visit with my family. Special Thanks to Mr. Suraj (GM) and entire staff for their excellent service.

It was an amazing experience with Days inn Gangtok. Hotel located prime location with amazing view of rooms, services were excellent with smile. Special thanks to Mr. Suraj Pandey gm of the hotel for wonderful hospitality towards us. Also thank you entire team of Days inn Gangtok and we will be returning very soon.

Spent a few days at the Days Inn, Tadong in May 2024. It's a nice little hotel, somewhat far from the hustle bustle of the main touristy places. For us that worked fine as we were looking for a bit of a quiet time. The hotel is in walking distance from the Black Cat Museum and in the vicinity of few decent restaurant s/bars, although the inhouse F&B is very good too!

Cilantro restaurant is the best choice for a family treat. Shanti our attendant gave us the beat service. The food was amazing we had a great time singing the karaoke, the complementary birthday cake was a superb add on to our birthday excitement.
