Hotel Land location or the way prefer to enter near the hotel is just like slum area. Inside the hotel neatly maintained. Staff behavior is good.

We had an excellent stay here. The hotel is located near the golden beach, about a couple of kilometers away from the hustle and bustle of Swarga Dwar.

Neat and clean place. Rooms are latrin-bathroom attached. Location is near to gol bazaar. Lunch & dinner facilities are available on payment basis. We were 3 adults and 2 children.

Service is excellent as people are good. It's better to visit the hotel and book. Reasonable price. Rooms are good, neat and hygiene.
They have canteen but is closed after 10:00 mostly.

Everything is good, but the hotel is charging more which is showing in Oyo or any other booking platform.

Great hotel rooms with all facilities – TV, AC, geyser, bathtub, cupboard, and a tea table. Spacious enough for three people. Unfortunately, no drinking water filter during my visit.

Room is ok but then person in counter is very clever. He will say that rooms are not available and you have to pay 1200 for a room, though all rooms will be vacant as you can see locks in every room.
