Staying here I got a good unforgettable memories. I suggest other to not miss this awesome memories especially healthy and hygienic breakfast… And each and every employees are very humble and respectful… Hats of to selecting those employees… Especially room service persons are very neat and humble… I came from Tamilnadu chennai… Got an amazing experience in hotel imperial… But what the hotel management need to concentrate in Wi-Fi connection… I tried many times it's not connected to TV… Then also we enjoyed the place and very good sleep… The bed was very comfort and neat for a good sleep… Thank u imperial to give sucha good experience to me and my kids.

The food was amazing as well as affordable and the staff, always nice and cooperative to us during all the crazy lunches we had there. Wonderful escape during our work trip. Definitely recommended!

The Hotel Imperial's impression has downgraded for me. Initially they had great service staff who were attentive and assisted in able power. Food was Delicious. Drink were O. K. But now, Food does not taste good. Drinks seems prepared half-hearted. Staff not attentive. Go for Mutton Biriyani if you prefer to have a nice meal then you don't need to worry if the food will come out O. K. This is just an advice. Share your experience in the future they can mess it up too.
*Caution — Do not order Chicken Dum Biriyani or Cold Coffee they taste the worst of all.

Rooms are very small. Especially bathroom. Only at Prime location but without 4 wheeler parking. You have to park on road. Food not tested. Not comfortable for family stay. May opt for official tour. But at a higher price range.

We stopped to eat here while our way back home from Vizag. Very economical and the food was fresh, tasty and the service was impeccable. Will definitely visit again. Washrooms are clean, they have good dessert options too. So all in all, a great option.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Imperial Inn. The overall vibe of the place is warm and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a good meal. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection and full of flavor.
A special mention to Alisha and her team for their excellent service. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our visit. Their hospitality truly added to the experience.

Had lunch at their restaurant and it was affordable as well as tasty. The staff was warm cooperative and service was prompt. Will recommend others to come to this place.

Special demands wrt to spices etc are on top priority.

I have been visiting this hotel/restaurant past 3 years on number of occasions.
Till date they r maintaining the same quality of food.
Hygienic toilets/washrooms.
Ample space for parking.
Recently they have also opened a new hotel on the backside, "Imperial Blu, by Radisson"

I would like to mention, u must remeber ur guest who have visited ur hotel on number of occasions stayed there etc.
Ur hotel team shud offer some dicounts/ special packages to attract customer to come and enjoy there and make there special occassions vis birthdays, anniversaries etc a memorable one.
I even visited ur recently opend discotheque on 6th floor. It's gud, nicely made.

I am giving it a 4 * instead of 5 only and only because of the washroom. Never seen a more weird layout, if you take a shower the whole washroom including the toilet seat gets fully wet which I found to be very messy.
Excellent food, clean comfortable rooms and very polite and helpful staff.

Overall, the hotel services and staff performance were good, and most employees were courteous and supportive. However, the behaviour of the Hotel GM was extremely rude and unprofessional, which seriously affected the overall experience. Such conduct from senior management is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. This issue requires immediate attention and corrective action from the management.

There are many things which I liked about.
1 — The taste of food was really good everything was on point.
2 — Service of the staff was very fast and accurate.
3 — Communication of the staff was very impressive they were very helpful while order food and other stuff as well.
Overall it was an excellent experience.

Unexpected hotel like 5 star hotel in Semiliguda, the ambious of the hotel and design made by perfectly, the food quality is top notch, I have enjoyed the place and nearest to all site seen in Koraput. The service is out of 10, the staff behaviour also quite and respectful, everything is good. I have enjoyed my stay in Imperial Blu.

The food here is consistently delicious, but what truly keeps us coming back is the exceptional hospitality.
​We particularly missed Prasanth during our last visit. He is a major reason why we frequent this hotel; his communication skills are top-notch, and the fact that he speaks Telugu made our dining experience feel so much more personal and comfortable. He has a way of making every guest feel valued.
​That being said, Alisha Patro was absolutely amazing! Her receiving and warm welcome made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. She is professional, kind, and ensures everything runs smoothly.

No doubt the hotel has a great look by the fittings and furniture it has used but the amenities provided are very poor. We stayed there for a couple of days, one superior room and another premium room. The people at the front office are quite professional and well behaved but with no liberty. We asked for a hand towel and the answer was NO. It was the end of December and mercury touched 7 to 8 degree Celsius. We asked for a floor mat and of course the answer was negative. While any standard hotel (except Andaman &Nicobar Islands) provides 1 litre water/person, they provide 500ml/person. Upon enquiry We were said that hand towels are provided to suite rooms only. In that case the superior room should be named as DaridraNarayan room.
The most horrible part was regarding final settlement of bills. Though I had paid an advance of ₹3000/ —, it was not reflected in the advance voucher. Might be an act of inadvertence but after producing necessary and sufficient proof it took almost a week to get back the amount. The people whom we dealt with were absolutely well behaved but those behind the scenes are no doubt questionable!

Food was good but not great. I ordered fried rice and chili chicken and that could have been better it did not meet my expectations. Otherwise hotel was very good in every point of view.

The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. From the variety on the menu to the quality of each dish, everything exceeded my expectations. The ambience was warm and inviting, making every meal enjoyable.
