A pretty decent and affordable hotel located beside swargadar. The location is excellent and you can see the beach from your room. Rooms and service is good. Perfect for a budget hotel.

Got the room which I booked via Online. Great stay… Location is also very good as all kind of shops are within reachable walking distance… Proper Swargadwar Market area.

Well behaved staffs, tasty food, location is very proper — sea and swargodwar both are near, all two bed rooms are sea view from side balcony or directly.

Location is very good all room as sea view from side balcony. Maintenance issues are there on terms of plumbing fittings (leaking tap fitting & accessories) & painting required in Balcony doors.

Good budget option. What I liked most is the behavior of the staffs, trying their best to keep our requests.

If you've gotten a room upstairs then it's a little difficult to go out and in all the time since lift isn't available (right now atleast).

Stayed from 27.12.24 to 30.12.24 in room no 201. The location of the hotel is the main attraction. Front sea facing rooms are excellant. You can enjoy sea viewing from your room itself.

Excellent position. Just in front of Chaytannya Statue. Higher rate for location. From the rooftop 360° views impressed you.

Overall it's nice for people looking cheap hotel its owner is lady they have their home in ground floor. Very friendly nearby u can easily get pure veg thali.

Very well behaved staff and rooms are also very clean and settled. Per night rate 1200 for ac rooms on weekdays. The receptionist is very helpful.
