Very good rooms. Nice location near beach and OSKCON MANDIR. Co-operative staff. Well behave. Prices readonable /affordable.

It's the worse experience ever. The rooms weren't AC and even after booking ac rooms they wanted extra to turn on the Ac. Services are non. It's overall the worst experience.

Hotel Omm palace was an excellent experience for us very clean and great service. Staff are very cooperative. I would highly recommend this place.

Worst hotel in puri, behaviour is too rough, not maintain hygiene, room service not well, also room is not secure, door lock not working, open window without grill, window lock not given, I recommend please don't go in this hotel, we are facing many many problems.

One of the worst hotel in Puri.
We booked four AC rooms :
In one room, AC was not working — after repead request, no action was taken to rectify the problem for one ful day.
AC for 2nd room also stopped working at first night and as usual, no action was taken.
We were asked/forced to make the full payment one night before check out date.
Worst service, arrogant behavior — please don't book this hotel.

Most worst level room, bad service,, staff behaviour very bad, all AC cooling problem,,, manager behaviour disgusting,, they are fraud,,, please don't waist money.

Most worst hotel ever seen in my life.
Abusive language and rough behaviour of the staff are mostly common here.
Amenities almost zero.
I would suggest all never to book hotel here through online or through telephone.
The hotel authorities never keep their promises.

Worst hotel accountants behavior, very rude language used. I would suggest not to stay over here with family.

The reason for giving 1star is that the attitude of the staff is really really rude and I don't give a damn attitude.
When we asked for basic amenities like towel soap shampoo… They said they won't be able to provide it to us.
They don't even provide drinking water.
You have to ask repeatedly for everything even room cleaning and bed sheet change… After that only they respond.
Worst service.
There is no lift in the 4floor hotel.
Though the lift construction started the day we were about to leave the hotel.
There is a non functional restaurant in this hotel.
There is a medicine shop in a walking distance from this hotel… For ATM you have to go near the beach…
The AC was not working properly and due to poor water draining facility of AC. AC was getting switched off with E5 warning.
One good thing about this hotel is that at night when u switch off the lights… You can get a vibe of stars filled night (just like projector) but it is radium stickers…
Over all I will not even like to give one star.
But 1 star for that radium stickers on the roof of the rooms.

Pros:
Nice hotel. Rooms are very nice and well maintained. Room service is good. Kakatuya khaja is near. Quiet place.
Cons:
Ac rooms are available only in the 3rd floor. As no lift or elevator is available which is little difficult for old people.
Location is little inside from the beach.
Beach is nearly 5-6 mins walking distance.

Nice place to stay… restaurant food quality is also good… service is too good… no elevator…

In my opinion it is the best hotel I have ever stayed at puri in an affordable price, belive me their behavior and service is very good.

It was a great hotel for staying. Courteous staff. Friendly management. Hardly 300-400 mtr from Sea Beach.
1.4 km distance from Jagannath Temple.
Rooms were very nice and washroom very clean. I was there on 1st June 2023 and had a fantastic stay 🙏🏽
