Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent — the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall service was great. The only minor issue was occasional electricity cuts, but they lasted no more than 5 minutes each time. Apart from that, the experience was fantastic and I would definitely recommend staying here.

We took 2 double bedroom, one room is smaller and other is bigger. Both paid sae price, but got different size and facilities. Location is good. Near beach.

Rooms are in very bad condition with very old amenities. Very small in size with overpriced rates.
Only good thing is it's location.

I stayed in Room 403 and booked the property through MMT. The experience was extremely disappointing for the price I paid.
The AC was leaking water continuously, which caused the balcony and room to flood and soak the sofa.
The Wi-Fi was not working properly and was only fixed after multiple complaints.
The rooms appear outdated and have not been renovated in a long time. The bedsheets, quilts and doormats were torn in places.
There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable. The taps were in a bad shape and the flush was barely working.
The only positive aspect of the stay was the courteous and helpful staff, which is why I am giving two stars.

Rooms were okayish. Manageable… bathroom was not that good… Food in their restaurant gave very slow service and had little options only… taste was also ok only. Space in that restaurant is also very less.

Hotel food is awesome and yummmyy. Thoroughly enjoyed the food. Staff and service is amazing.
Whenever you visit puri its a must to visit and try them and you would love the food.

​I had a terrible experience at Hotel Pushpa. I stayed here from 15th to 17th December, and I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessional behavior.
​I had requested the staff for birthday decorations in the room 20 days in advance. They repeatedly assured me, saying, "Just arrive at the hotel, and we will get it done immediately. " However, despite my constant reminders and their firm commitment, they did absolutely nothing when we arrived.
​They cheated us at the last moment and completely ignored my requests. Their false promises and "don't care" attitude ruined a very special occasion for us. They are only interested in bookings but have zero respect for their guests' sentiments or commitments made to them.
​I highly recommend staying elsewhere if you are planning a special celebration. This hotel is unreliable and dishonest.

Compact room with all amenities including hot water through the day. Room, though small, was good enough for a couple, with AC, TV etc. Value for money.
Their Rasoi Restaurant is good — elaborate menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner — tasty dishes. But a bit slow service.
Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. Hotel has a travel desk to help us out with tourism and cabs.
Situated very close to the beach, at walkable distance.

This is a very useless hotel, extra money was charged for everything.

Breakfast is the best. Lunch and dinner is above average. Restaurant staff is great. Room size should have been better. Taps leaking water continuously.

Good experience nice staff, very polite. Will recommend in budget hotel. Food is also good best for vegetarian. But yes rooms needs upgrade. If the rooms can be maintained then it can get good rating.

Our stay was really comfortable and pleasant. The hotel staff were very well-behaved and always ready to help. They made sure our little baby was comfortable, which means a lot to us as a family. A great place for family stays—highly recommended! ”

The rooms are neat and clean. AC is working properly. The behavior of staffs are awesome. The hotel is 2 minutes walking distance from beach. There are many bengali restaurants near the hotel.

Hotel is nearest to the Golden beach… Just a 5 minutes walk. It is in a narrow lane though where the road is in bad shape. The rooms on the ground floor are a bit old and needs some maintenance as per the price which was charged. The pillows were moldy and black. The biggest problem is 7-8 AM checkout, the staff starts banging your door at 7AM, but it is prevalent all around Puri. It is also only 2-3 kms far from the Puri Jagganath Temple. Staff is helpful.
PS : House keeping asks for positive reviews when cleaning the room during the stay so keep it in mind while reading the reviews.

Ac was not working properly. The staff behavior was nice, near to beach.

Very nice location, 4 minutes walk to main see beach.
Their restaurant is having very yammy dishes.

This hotel is very near to the sea but on a quiet lane where lots of Bengali style food is available at the beginning of the season beach road in Puri. They also have an in-house restaurant in the basement named — Rasoi. You can have room service too and they knock and ask you about dinner before closing. The room I took was basic. Attached bath and hot water was adequate. Hygiene and cleanliness was manageable. No tv. No Wi-Fi in the rooms — only in the ground floor lobby. The ground floor rooms were better managed and more attractive — I felt. They do have a travel desk and they arranged transport for me on my airport departure and carried the luggage to the car — quite afar, when there was shut down of cars in the city due to Rathyatra. I was happy with the arrangements — but the Wi-Fi in rooms and TV should be added. Nowadays that's considered basic.
