Good hotel with host of amenities. The food was very good and fresh only thing is that the hotel staff is irresponsible else everything is good.

Nice hotel, with very well behaved staffs. Decent rooms with Kohler sanitary fittings. Swimming pool could have been deeper, it's 4.5 ft everywhere. They must arrange separate breakfast area for corporate guests. We have experienced a total mess at the breakfast area on the last day of our travel. People and Kids were literally ponding over the foods like crazy. It was a real bad experience for us.

Nice hotel on sea beach, Puri. It has a amazing 180° sea view from its rooms, specially from roof top a/c dinning room and roof top open restaurant. It's a massive experience. Rooms superb, foods extraordinary, staffs nicely behaved.

Lovely place near the puri beach. Peaceful location with privacy, safe and secured. Well maintained, staff is well behaved. Really beautiful place with beach view, swimming pool, roof top dinning, garden, good rooms with all facilities. They can work on the restaurant menu a bit. Indian cuisine is good. Oriental and continental dishes need some improvement. Other than that this place deserves a 5 star rating.

Great Hotel to stay, services and staffs are good, but the price of food is overpriced and the menus are limited. In short its a great stay.

East west has the amenities, courteous staff and the location to match the branded hotels. The rooms are clean and the interiors are acceptable. It's easy on the pocket. Located almost 4 km from the temple and can be reached by auto. Avoid using own vehicles as roads are very narrow and can get crampy.

Too far away from the main city. Food cost is way too high. Staffs are cordial but are not properly trained. Not a good choice considering the cost and facility.

One Star given for Good interior, another for my room's excellent view. One 'X' for untidiness, another for un-attended faulty construction of slope of toilet, which caused water logging in front of wash basin. You can not stand there. The third blank for absence of dressing up facility like mirror, and only single chair in a room for two! Many more suggestions can be given, if asked for, which can make this hotel an excellent place. It has a great potential to Excell.

A fantastic hotel to stay the rooms here are very good, room service is fast also and food quality is good but a little bit costly.

Hotel Location is Good but Hotel Service & Food is Bakwas.

Its the end of beach so there is no pollution of any kind and one can enjoy beach in peace. Room service and food is good. Ensure beforehand about availability of beach facing rooms. One biggest disadvantage is no network in the rooms. Overall worth staying if you really want some peace from hustle and bustle of life.

Just Awesome stay, food is good, lovely breakfast. Nice sea facing room. Swimming pool gives a good view of the sea when you drown in and come out.

Location wise it is the end of beach. Pool, beach facing rooms available. Slightly over priced. Staff and services are so good. Confirm before you check in that if you're getting the beach facing room. Complimentary tasty and hygienic breakfast buffet available in the morning till 11am. Restaurant food is tastier and again slightly over priced.

The best I have found in Puri. I must have stayed here more than 20 times. Away from the maddening crowd yet close enough to walk. On the sea beach with almost all rooms facing the beach. Management is friendly and staffed are polite and well trained. Highlight of the property is the swimming pool overlooking the sea, a huge indoor banquet and the roof top restaurant.

The scenic view of the sea from the terrace of the hotel is awesome. The room service and guest welcoming is really fantastic.

Nice place to stay for them who don't like crowded places. It's a bit far from swargadwar. Rooms are clean, most of them having sea view. The in-house restaurant is a good place to have food but it's expensive.

Hotel is awesome with almost all amenities. Sea facing rooms will make your day… Rooftop swimming pool is cherry on top… But this hotel is a bit expensive for which I have reduced it's ratings to 4 star.

Hotel has good numbers of sea facing room. Service is good. Breakfast is awesome. Only drawback is it's far from the happening place of puri marine drive. At night it is the last illuminated hotel on the new marine drive.

Great place to stay in puri. Nicely located. Just a kilometre away from the main promenade. This place is clam and one can hear the roaring sounds of the waves. The hotel is right in front of the sea and most the rooms are sea facing. Be sure to shell out few extra bucks to book a super deluxe room. View from the super deluxe room is breathtaking. We decided to extend our stay for the overwhelming experience we had while staying here. There is a pool. Take a plunge and you can see the sea merging with the pool. Rooms are spacious. Super deluxe room is extra spacious. We were blown away by the service of the hotel. Staffs are handpicked and courteous. Hotel needs to pay attention to the maintenance and upkeepment of their property as the travelers are not always educated with basic etiquette of handling pricey items and end up tampering with them and the same set of people will post image of damaged items on social sites or reviews. If you are planning a trip to Puri with your close family members, friends or partner and want some memories to carry back, this is the place for you.

“Small nice hotel, best location… ” This is a small three hotel with perfect location. Pros 1. Perfect sea view with all super deluxe room have sea facing Windows. Half of deluxe rooms have balconies with great sea view. 2. All rooms have ample space 3. Super deluxe room 101 on ground floor have deluxe room attatched to it making it suitable for family with young children. 5. It had a small pool with great sea view. 6. The best part of hotel is its rooftop resturant WAVES which provides best view of sea while enjoying your food. 7. It has a small pool adjacent to beach. Cons 1. The checkout time of hotel is 8:00 am. So you have to checkout before you wake-up. (That's a real problem for honeymooners) 2. It's quite hotel far from main market and beach market, so you have to take auto/rickshaw to reach there. 3. Hotel has no IN-HOUSE LAUNDRY so you have to think twice before getting your clothes wet on beach. Overall a small nice hotel.

Really a awesome experience and I want to give it a 5 star for location and yes the food was just super good want to thank the chef personally on the authenticity and flavour of each menu… Just one suggestion would live it if they arrange for some conveyance of there own to puri Mandir and swargadwar as the auto charges too bad… would always recommend… Thanks to all the staff.

Decent hospitality… I liked the location, as bit away from over crowded, crockfull shawargadhar area… nice sea view from rooms… foods are good… loads of open space for kids play area… but need to work on d interiors of d room (s) and some other amenities whn charging premium than others… in short, I would like to stay der again in future…

Sea facing rooms are really great. Breakfast is nice. Food needs to be less spicy and test needs to be more testy, otherwise is property is recomended. Far away from main market area which is good for people who wants pice and come and quit stay.

A life time experience! everything was excelent… The room, the staff, even the small detail. Everything is puré luxury! The Beach is súper and of course the staff of the F&B! We felt truly special… thank you.

We were totally disappointed by service of this hotel. Every facility that they show up here are present only in one part of their hotel (east hotel). We were given west hotel which is just an ordinary hotel with no direct sea view, no Wi-Fi, nothing. Behaviour of the staff was horrible. He promised to give us a sea facing room but when we reached there he totally denied it. He talked all kind of crap to us. You will never want to get your mood spoiled in your precious vacation just beacuse of jerkheaded staff of this hotel. I will not suggest this hotel to anyone as we feel cheated by their rubbish east west concept. West hotel is not upto the mark to be a four star hotel.

One of the best Hotel I have ever experienced in Puri, Odisha so far as accommodation, food, and cleanliness id concern. Hospitality is more than the expectation. Nice Roof top terrace facing towards Bay of Bengal I wish all the success ahead. Keep it up.

Stayed from 23rd October to 26th in this hotel in room no 303. It is new hotel still under construction. Sea view from hotel is excellent. Management of the hotel is unethical which I did not expect. I paid Rs 6000 per day without any extra bed for deluxe room whereas at the same time they charged for room no 301 which is super deluxe only Rs 4700. Probably they charged me extra for being the only customer on 23rd October to recover their overhead. Food quality is most ordinary and costly. You will get plenty of excellent food joints in Puri at much lower price. I will advise people to avoid this hotel since it is not worth the money you pay.
