Hotel is excellent and service is good but the car driver which we rent from hotel for tour of Konark and Bhubaneswar, his behaviour is very crucial and driving is so roughly.

One of the best hotels in puri. It is located near the light house and a bit distant from the marketplace.
Rooms were clean including washroom, lane, roof, stairs.
Rooms were spacious enough, TV is present.
Rooftop has the clear view of sea and lighthouse.
Elevator is present till the 4th floor (top).
Staffs were amazing, so friendly and so helpful. Really pleased with their demeanor behavior.
Check-in time is around 8:00am and Checkout time is 11:00pm.
Pretty affordable. A Must visit hotel in puri.

Location is prime and near to the beach, room size is small, and lighting is not upto the standard it can be improved, overall I can say ok ok type. If your budget is low then go for it otherwise go for other hotels.

Room is ok, no view at all. Toilet door was broken. No food available in this hotel, not even tea.

Can't express the horrible situation,
We booked from make my, full payment and confirm booking, when we reached hotel with my family 4 adult 2 children under age 4 years,
Hotel reception trickly told us we will not accept any booking, we don't care whether confirm booking or anything, u can talk to make my trip.
I was feeling like helpless at that moment, 26th Jan, Saturday, no hotel available.
Finally I again started driving to back Kolkata.

I should have rated it zero but it's not available in option. Worst experience with worst hotel staff. I hv booked this hotel through Oyo, while check in they said that we have no room. Since u hv paied the amount of luxury room we can shift u some where else. Oyo should cancel the hotel's member.

They are taking huge money but service is absolutely rubbish… the location they pointed that is not the exact one. Its far from sea beach. Rooms are full of cockroaches… bad smell is coming from inside the room. After many time asking also they are not taking any measure… Its a honest review if there is any negative star available I would give that. Please don't waste your hard earned money and your beautiful puri trip.

Worst place… I would like OYO to look into this matter seriously! I ignored negative reviews and booked here from OYO. Later when I reached they denied my checkin mentioning that the price which I have paid in OYO is lesser than the hotel tariff they are getting (mostly looked like they already allotted the room to some other tourist at higher rates) … Ok for me but my 62-64 years aged parents suffered a lot for this looking for hotels in the boiling hot weather of Puri … This kind of behaviour strictly not acceptable. There should be strict to strict action against this.

Only one thing I liked about the hotel is, I got 2hrs early check-in. Service is very poor. No body even asked for a bottel of water neither asked for room cleaning. Hotel is around 1.8 — 2 km away from main swargadwar area. For two guest they given only one towel, not bothered even after asking for a 2nd one. Average Hotel.

They asked me extra payment for checkin. They made me wait in the sitting area for more than one hour. Very erratic experience. Book another hotel for the same price. They ask us to negotiate with the oyo customer care so aa to give them more incentive. The owner was not at all friendly. No food or beverage service provides Worst check in experience till date.

Nothing was working properly… cockroaches were there and the room service was the worst. In the night I was water leakage from the window. The experience was very bad. The AC remote was not working. The air conditioner was set at the default temperature. There was no mat in the room too. The stay was very bad. The whole time I was scared of water leakage.
