PIPUL PADMAJA PRIDE in Q&A

Information is provided based on reviews and may contain inaccuracies.

Where is Pipul Padmaja Pride located, and is it easy to get to?

The hotel is conveniently located on Link Road in the city of Cuttack and is easy to find as it is situated right on the main highway. Guests note convenient access to the main parts of the city and proximity to the Cuttack railway station. However, one visitor indicated that the approach to the building is via a narrow and untidy service lane.

Does the hotel have its own parking?

Yes, Pipul Padmaja Pride has a large parking area. Guests note that there are sufficient parking spaces, even though the building itself is located directly on the main road.

How polite and efficient is the hotel staff?

Most guests describe the staff as very polite, professional, attentive, and friendly, specifically highlighting the reception staff (Sandhya, Harish, Biswajit, Swadhin) and manager Deepaka. Many noted the employees' willingness to help with a smile. At the same time, there are extremely negative reviews: one guest described the manager's behavior as "pathological" and uncooperative, while another complained about poor service and false promises from the sales department when organizing a conference.

What breakfast and dining options are offered at Pipul Padmaja Pride?

The hotel offers delicious breakfasts with a choice of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, which many guests rate as excellent. The restaurant features a wide selection of local and continental dishes, and guests enjoy the appetizers. However, opinions are divided: one visitor was dissatisfied with the quality of the breakfast and the BBQ chicken, calling the recipe unhygienic. It is also mentioned that buffet prices may seem high for the local Cuttack market.

What is the quality of in-room service and the speed of room service?

Reviews regarding room service are contradictory. Some guests were very satisfied with the quality of service and the professionalism of the staff. Another visitor called the service "the worst," reporting that food was brought to the room 1.5-2 hours after ordering, leaving them hungry, and that staff entered the room at 12:30 AM without ringing the bell.

What is the condition of the rooms and the bed linen?

Many guests describe the rooms as spacious, clean, cozy, and well-equipped. However, there are also serious complaints: one guest described the cleanliness of the bed linen as "appalling" and unhygienic, another noted old and torn towels, stains on the sofa, and dust in the corners. Noisy air conditioners and bathroom exhaust fans, as well as shower curtains that are not long enough, were also mentioned.

What is the level of cleanliness in the hotel?

Most guests are satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms and the general area. Nevertheless, there are complaints about dust in the corners of the rooms, dirty bed linen, and a general feeling of lack of hygiene in some rooms. Overall, many recommend the hotel as a clean and well-maintained place.

Is the hotel suitable for events and celebrations?

The hotel is popular for weddings, birthdays, and conferences. Many guests were delighted with the organization of parties, the decorations, and the general layout of the halls. However, there was also an extremely negative experience with the organization of a conference, where guests encountered poor service, rude staff behavior, and issues with the dinner service.

What additional amenities are available at the hotel?

Pipul Padmaja Pride has a restaurant, a bar, and a gym. Guests note a pleasant atmosphere in the lobby and common areas.

Does the hotel provide any compliments to guests?

Some guests mentioned receiving free snacks from the hotel. There was also an instance where a guest requested free fruit on the second day of their stay but was refused by the staff, despite their colleagues having received them.

I had an exceptional stay at Pipul Padmaja Grand, and I can confidently say that this has been one of the best hospitality experiences I have had.
From the moment I arrived, the reception team welcomed me with genuine warmth, bright smiles, and outstanding professionalism. They were proactive, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Their attention to detail and eagerness to assist truly made me feel valued as a guest.
A very special mention goes to Rathi, whose dedication and commitment were simply remarkable. Since I was hosting an important professional meeting, a stable and high-speed internet connection was absolutely essential. Rathi personally took ownership of the situation, coordinated closely with the IT department, and worked tirelessly until the Wi-Fi speed was optimized to the required level. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything worked flawlessly. His personal efforts played a crucial role in the success of my meeting, and I am sincerely grateful for his exceptional service.
I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Vinay from the IT department, who ensured that the Wi-Fi remained stable throughout the entire meeting. His technical expertise and prompt support gave me complete peace of mind, allowing me to focus entirely on my work.
