Again a new approach to life, with an open mind, after driving 360 kms, a nice day, now returning back home! My subconscious mind was fully engaged! Nice hotel, food, amenities.

For cleanliness, behaviour of staffs and good food, the new marrion is the place.

The food was tasteless … the steward was irritating and unresponsive… Even after repeated instructions… they could not serve tasty food … I would never in my life again visit its Restaurant.

The hotel is well maintained, also the behaviour of the staff was good. However the food quality was not as expected. I have went there only for a dinner party, so dont know much about other services. The food taste was fine, not worth the price!

It is one of the best hotel located at the centre of Bhubaneswar. It is well furnished and decorated. The staffs are amazing too. 1. It has halls for events and meetings. 2. Its economical too. 3. Amazing rooms to stay. 4. Easy access to transport. 5. Good food with proper hygiene. 6. It has a swimming pool too.

What to say. Simply out of the words to describe the experience. The hotel is huge and beautifully build. It's in the heart of city. Every thing is top notch. The rooms are class apart. The food is great. They have many restaurant options. There is something for everyone. Last but not the least the staff is amazing they are very helpful always there for you. Very polite and courteous. It's them who make the difference. Had a very good time here.

Good place to stay. Big swimming pool & calm place just opposite to Ram Mandir. Excellent food. In the evening, you can enjoy food with a live musical performance (mostly classical instrumental). Price of food is little bit costly, the quality is too good to think.

Located right beside the main road. Near to railway station and cabs always available to Airport. Rooms are clean and well maintained and staff are courteous. Room service is great. Available even at 3 am. The hotel boasts 2 restaurants and both are really good. Food is good and worth the price. Recommended 5/5.

What you need. When you get the rain outside and warm spicy food with soothing live music. Combinedly called as awesome experience. Sorry for not getting enough pictures as I have lost in music and forgot not to keep my camera on to keep the pics for posting. All my 3 course meals were pretty good, gesture from staff are so humble, I felt like coming back again. And next order would be same. "the chicken sizzler"

Most of the people in our friend circle either work out of the state or out of the city. Few work out of the country as well. Every year once or twice we do some get together type of thing. We plan and gather in some hotel in Bhubaneswar for lunch, cherish remembering the old days, etc. Every year we keep changing the hotel for a change. This time I was advised by a friend of mine to try New Marrion because of the location and connectivity. It’s not very far from either the Railw…ay Station or the Airport. After reaching there, we were overwhelmed by the hospitality of the Hotel Staff. The entire hotel staff, with whomsoever we dealt with, was very courteous. We had food in almost all the so called STAR hotels at Bhubaneswar in the past but if someone ask me to rate these hotels accordingly as per their food quality, I would definitely and without any hesitation rate 10/10 to Hotel New Marrion. The food was awesome. Last but not the least, I would like to mention about Mr. Panda (Panda Babu) of the restaurant section for his explicit service. Thank you Panda Babu. Hope to visit soon.

This is one of the best hotels in the city. The staff at this place are very well behaved and welcoming in nature. Service was really nice. Food was delicious and well prepared as per my opinion.

Not a good experience this time. The place is loosing it's beauty. I had visited the indian restaurant today. There was a dead cockroach underneath the napkin and when I informed to the manager his reaction was absolutely normal as if it is very usual. I quite like the place for ambiance n ghazals but the hospitality n cleanliness needs to be seriously taken care off.

The Hotel New Marion was good and their guest treatment was of HIGH standard. The food was good, however it could have been better. We appreciate their hosting our Thread Ceremony function. If given another chance, we shall hold another function at the same place in the near future.

Yes, the address in an old one and it is strategically located in a good location of the city. But they should not take things for granted. The food is good and so also is the service but what is required is repair of accessories like cupboards and mirrors in the rooms.

One of the oldest hotel structures it is located in the heart of the city. The management has changed over the decades. Current management is a part of a chain of hotels. It has one good, multi-cuisine restaurant, a bar, and a bakery-cum-sweet stall. It has convention halls and pool side space available for parties. Guest rooms are present for lodging facility. By city standards there is adequate parking area; overall the hotel has a good ambience. A good place for family outing for lunch and dinner.

The location is very good and food and rooms are okay. Great place to host a social gathering and has a okay service. It has three banquet halls and a plethora of choices in cuisine. It also has a good entrance so that it will never get crowdes. And the parking is good also.

The New Marion is located at Jan path and is well connected. It takes only 10 minutes from station to reach here.  The room was good in size and was equipped with mini bar, tea maker and led tv. The split air-conditioning was provided. The hotel layout is beautiful with nice garden and hood parking space. There is a beautiful temple just opposite the hotel which can be visited. Also the location of the hotel is very good at the heart of the city.

Small but good business class hotel, good room, good food, faultless service. Very cozy hotel. Mr Tapan Ghosh the General Manager of the hotel is a gem of a person. I recommend this hotel to all my bussiness friends visiting Bhubaneswar.

Well this hotel seems to be too good for me. Room servicing is good enough. Instead of managing here you can enjoy yourself. Even the pool side is good for relaxation. Breakfast, dinner, lunch all are served exceptionally well.

The hotel looks small from outside but the interiors are quite good. I like the food when I visit this place during receptions. Overall, a fun experience.

It's a 4 star hotel situated in the heart of the city and in the main road and easily visible, in addition to that it is situated near to the railway station. Airport also in a short distance 4 km approx.

I have been visiting Marrion since last 4 years, and I find this place quite good. The hospitality as well as the ambience was awesome. The best part is the pick and drop facility which is free. Delicious breakfasts serverd as complimentary with wide range of varieties. The staffs there are quite vintage and bears a good moral character. Rooms are quite cozy and well maintained, services are aslo good. Overall if you are looking for a nice hotel at Bhubaneswar with low budget, then this is the one. Just try it out once.

Not worth the cost mentioned. Went for official work didn't stayed so cannot comment on that, but find some facts unbearable if planning to stay. 1. Maintenance is required 2. Pool side shower room used as dump place for water pipes and washroom for hotel staff (not a pleasant sight, unable to took photo) 3. Behind pool area is also used as dumping ground (photo uploaded) some good things were helpful staff and food.

Had a very bad experience. My wedding was planned there. Sangeet was arranged in a lawn — dinner wasn't even warm when people started eating. There were no balloons arranged when they were specifically instructed to do so. The flowers in decoration were probably from the previous day and didn't have any life. Wedding was on 4th December things went well untill moving into suite. My parents specifically choosed a room two month prior to wedding and instructed them to decorate with flowers. We got a smaller room, with no decorations and worst part the drain of washroom was clogged and water was draining into the hall from washroom. Not going back again
And yeah they did a lot of delay in providing room, when asked the answer was it was being decorated with flowers and we were waiting patiently after a tiring day

Ask any BBSRian and they'd go gaga over this 3-star hotel! It should receive 4-star already! Mind blowing food and heartwarming hospitality. Go to Bling On (its indoor café) and try the Lasagna!

In the heart of bhubaneshwar, I was mighty. Surprised to see the menu mention PAELLA! And the dish was very good! Even the breakfast fare they lay is better than many 5 star hotels.

I stayed here for two days. I was displeased with the hotel offering me a two separate bed in a single room instead of giving me a single king sized bed. Well, the breakfast was decent enough! I have seen pool, but I was told by my colleagues that it is open for outsiders as well and its crowded. So, I didn't prefer to check it out. I haven't liked the rest room. Felt it could have been more bigger.
