Don't use oyo.
Following are prices.
Online ac — 1200
Off line ac — 1000
Non ac — 800

It's pathetic, irresponsible, unhygienic, inhumane behaviour, breech of customers trust, total fraudulent booking. I am disgusted and lodging complaint if OYO doesn't compensates me by paying back my refund and additional charges that I spent this night within 48 hrs on receipt of my message. OYO must know that I am a serving army officer and take this matter to highest level.

Not standard rooms. Small rooms not comfortable as classic or deluxe rooms.
The way these OYO hotel owners in Bhubaneswar are operating is highly unethical. They receive the leads from OYO, then offer their own price and get it booked directly.
I along with my friends reached the hotel late in the night, the hotel owner insisted on charging the tariff higher than what was mentioned in OYO booking, else they would have cancelled our booking. Just because I was with my friends late at night, I had no other option & had to pay them the higher tariff.

Also, the environment wasn't family friendly. Had I come with my parents it would have been very embarrassing.

Very Worst experience ever.
Booked the room in OYO for approx 1000 for 2 room for one night.
After going to the hotel, the manager refused to give the room saying that the OYO has paid for one room only. I have to pay extra 1000 rupees.
He didn't want me to talked to the customer care service at that time.
Later when I talk to the customer care and when customer care took the property manager in conference hotel manager denied upfront.

I have availed oyo hotel services earlier several times and service was good. On the basis of previous service xperience I booked oyo hotel without doing any inquiry. But this time I faced very worse experience. When I entered to that property I saw cow dungs at the entrance of the hotel. When I entered inside the room a very malodorous smell was coming, walls were fiiled with patches of fungels, bedsheet was dirty, Birthroom was not clean. That room was not in condition to stay. Within five to ten minute I left that place. That property is a marrige mandap and I think that room is specially used for take rest. The location of that room is, when u enter inside the property at last second of right. The room is not consist any safty, its a open place, there is no boundry. Once your manager should visit surprisely to that hotel then you will come to know what is the condition of the room. The photos I took already posted in previous complain.

Worst experience ever.
Booked the room in OYO for Rs. 449.
After going to the hotel, the manager refused to give the room saying that the OYO has under quoted the price in their app.
If that is the case then OYO and the hotel manager must sort it out. Why trouble the customers?
He didn't allowed me to stay until I talked to the customer care service.

Very bad experience. I booked this hotel room for 2 days through OYO app & also paid online. While I checked in hotel then they refused and asking to pay more 800 rs because I used promo code during online payment … and hotels staff behaved very rude and room was very dirty.
If anyone bookthis hotel please verify. They can't give room online discounted price… 😡😡😡😡😡
