Good service and best food quality.

Luved it's service nd climate.

A good heritage building. But rooms are not upto the mark. Foods are costly. One cup readymade tea is Rs. 125+ tax. Bathroom is cozy, but not well decorated. Staffs are helpful and setvice is fast.

Staff are good … Swimming pool is on the roof and you can have it till 8 pm from morning 7 House keeping is good

Rooms are comfortable and equipped with modern facilities. Service staff are cordial but wish they had more updated knowledge of food trends and or at least the names of simple dishes. Service is punctual and up to mark. Good for family and business trips. Value for money indeed. Highly rendered service accompanied by a good interior.

Hospitality is commendable. Food served in buffet has typical oriya taste, so in case you need any change do let them know in advance. They ensure they make you happy with the taste.

Some old word charm. May not be tasteful for the younger clients. Yes the place had seen better times. Rooms are clean but need a workup. Lot of space lost by mid corridor spaces which are rarely used. But centrally located and moderately priced.

Empire hotel is one of it's kind. It gives a feel of the old and new design interiors. The food is too good here. Ambience is awesome and the rooms are spacious. Loved it here. The staff is very humble.

The hotel does not have a facade nor is it located worthy of mention. The rooms are simply lit with no facility to switch off the lights individually. The ac stopped working in the middle of the night. The drains are clogged and water overflows into the room. The room was changed but other than the ac the was no change. The room does not even provide any tissue paper to wipe any spillage. Room service is pathetic. A bucket of ice took 1 hr to arrive and that to was billed. The only good thing was the buffet breakfast had a quite a variety. Overall this hotel is *not recommended* for stay until a complete upgradation takes place.

A great luxurious hotel in Bhubaneswar. Located in a good location. The hotel is about 3km from the Bhubaneswar railway station. The hotel is about 6km from the Bhubaneswar airport. The rooms are very good and available at a reasonable price. It also has a rooftop pool. The service is also very good. The staff is nice. A good location to stay if you are in Bhubaneswar.

Apart from the beautiful infrastructure and interior design of this hotel, it offers delicious food along with the best facilities for stay. We ate the buffet breakfast here which was more than just awesome and the price is also reasonable. Then, the room are also spacious and clean. You are provided with a kettle and refrigerator in your room. There are supplementary candies, milk pouches, sugar, tea and coffee for you in the room. Also Soap, Shampoo, Shower gel, toothpaste, tooth brush and other basic amenities are provided in the bathroom. Laundry facilities are there and Newspapers are delivered to your room. There is also a bar and swimming pool area in the hotel which is really good.

Very good hotel, slightly old building, but rooms are very good and maintained. Clean and hygienic. Food is excellent and hotel offers lot of variety for buffet breakfast and dinner. Food prices are quite higher.

It is located in the town and near the main market. Nice restaurant and good breakfast and there are other resonate restaurants nearby. Slightly old renovated property but helpful staff.

It is located at Sahidnagar, Bhubaneswar. For outside is looks beautiful and easily can the hotel. The entire hotel is neat and clean. The hall is very big enough, so people can't feel crowded. Music system and temperature of room is very good. Services and food provided by hotel is really awesome. Swimming pool available here. For my it deserves 4.5 out of 5 rating.

A good hotel at a very good location. Cosy rooms and an team delivering good service. The best part is that the rates were reasonable. The hotels interior are that of a marble palace in Rajasthan style. The only drawback which stopped me from giving a 5star rating is the absence of a covered car parking facility. The vehicles are kept on the road which is not desirable. Also there is a undesirable smell at the lobby. However, my family liked the place and we will be staying in this hotel in our next visit also if the rates fall within our budget.

They have a good swimming pool at the rooftop, well maintained and lifeguards are always on duty. The entire hotel is clean and the food is great, the halls available on booking have good temperature control and music systems, halls are big enough so that people don't feel crowded. In short it truly deserve 5 stars.

This hotel got the best aesthetic view in the city. Staffs were cooperative. The lower side being the food price. It's overpriced.

Its a most beautiful hotel with most decent staffs. All the hotel staffs are very cooperative. U will love the way of their hospitality. The Rajmahal (palace) interior and exterior design will give you a royal feeling. Only negetive part is the food price, which is too high in the restaurant.
